insulin sensitivity - fish oil/EC interaction

So according to Lyle Mcdonald over at bodyrecomposition forums(currently down) EC lowers insulin sensitivity in muscle AND fat cells, thereby making less fat go into fat, and more get used up in the muscle. On the other hand chronic fish oil supplementation is supposed to decrease fat cell insulin sensitivity and increase it in muscle tissue. This supposedly takes months to kick in. Is the administration of EC going to interfere with the process of the omega3's excerting thier effect over time(making it take longer to adapt, or stop completley), or will it continue working on those tissues, which will resume thier normal function from the fish oil(over time) once the EC is stopped(and say somthing like bromocriptine is taken instead at that point)

At this point its purely academic, since I've stopped all EC use in favor of trying Bromocriptine out. Would there be much interest in a bromo log trying to lose 3lbs a week? :p

They're not going to interfere with each other. Keep taking fish oil after your meals and keep taking EC when cutting down.

I'm doing clen and ec in 2 week interchangeable (sp?) cycles. I'm interested in learning as much as possible about fat loss.

You don't want to alternate clen and ec. Both drugs work through the beta-adrenergic receptor that you're trying to upregulate when you go off of clen.

Oh, so what's the alternative? Yohimbe?

I'm not fucking with dnp.

I'm also using tren and masteron, just started last week.

welp, I am abandoning EC altogether.

I'm gonna start using 10mg Yohimbine hcl in the morning, I'm tapering my dose of bromocriptine up to 5mg taken at 9-10AM, and am gonna keep an eye out for a cheap source for generic sibutramine to use as well. I'm gonna do a lazy man's cut lol. partial depletion workout every monday total body 6 sets of 20,calories 800-1300/day(depending on workload, my maintainance is 2700ish) with a 200 gram carb/10 gram creatine refeed on sundays before fighting. I got sick of UD2ing it

What are your stats, BTW? How much weight are you looking to lose and what bodyfat level are you starting at and shooting for?

I'd say 10-13%.Maybe even 13-16%. My calipers say 9% but honestly it doesnt look it in the mirror. Especially in my lower chest and abs, theres this stubborn fat I've had since I was 13, that I am trying to get rid of, and theres a little back fat to lose So whatever that takes :p

Right now I am 5'11 190ish, down from 240 this time last year, I had a bad stomach virus which set me back considerably, 184 at my lightest then the recoup binging put me back to where I am now. I think if I hit 180-175 and keep my current lean mass I'll be set. Or 170 and lose a little mass then go gain it back completly lean with the bromo going.

:( oh, the sides of bromo. weak. bumped my dose up from 2.5mg free of sides to 5mg today. The good news is I have no desire to eat. the bad news is I feel like I am going to fall out of my seat from being dizzy/disoriented
