I know that I had been jumping consistently for about 3 weeks prior to my last fight and, as heavy as I am, I am quick as hell on a shot. I definitely think the jumping rope was the causitive factor in my newfound quickness.
Then again, I might be pulling the correlation between jumping rope and acceleration out of my ass in terms of running.
