Intro From Another Newb

Howdy Gang,

Been lurking around for a couple months with a few posts here and there.

Stats:

Age: 37
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 181
Body fat: 13%

Been an athlete for as long as I can remember. Got serious about mountain/trail running for a dozen years. Currently spending about 150 days a year on adrenaline style sports including kiteboarding, surfing, snowkiting and snowboarding. In this time period, I have lifted weights plenty, but haven't eaten nearly enough calories to stack on the pounds. A couple years back finally started pounding down more food and put on 20lbs. Quit drinking coffee (a month ago)and this has seriously helped me eat more. I'm eating 3,500-4,000 calories daily.

Never done an AAS cycle, but plan to in another year once I can get up to around 200 lbs.

Started HGH about six weeks ago. Ran 3 iu daily of hyges for the first month. Last two weeks on 3 iu daily of seros. I currently have a supply of seros that will last seven months. Still stocking up to run longer. Main goals with the GH are to help heal nagging injuries and to prevent new injuries. Muscle gain is also a goal.

I have read thousands of posts here, and would like to thank all of you for sharing heaps of information!

Thinking of doing a GH log. I've never run AAS, and don't plan to for at least a year. I haven't seen many GH logs out there that are GH only. Do you think this would be valuable to contribute?

I think anything that Includes comprehensive training and diet specifics is a good read - I would only do it if you are making expectations clear that not much benefit is realized from the product right away.

If you are doing refular igf and serum testing along with body fat % logs combined with the aforemetioned program specifics it would be epic.
 
Thanks for the input. I'll get a log going. Agree, I don't expect immediate results from the HGH.

Question on body fat %: just had my body fat measured via biomechanical impedance. Came in higher than I expected at 17.8%. Based on member photos and input on their body fat %, was thinking I was around 13-14%. Should I post up a pic along with the log? If I flex, a six pack is easily seen. Relaxed, perhaps a two pack.
