I think it’s something to do with the high hematocrit or hemoglobin one a those thingsMaybe you have a rare blood type or something?
I’m not donating while on taneI believe you don't donate if you're on Accutane. I mean you can lie and say you're not on it. But if a pregnant woman gets your blood they could die, so that would be unethical.

Accutane is an extremely powerful drug, I consider it in the same "caution class" as DNP. It has saved a lot of teenage faces from getting pimples permanently by shrinking the sebaceous glands, however it can have permanent effects on other glands as well. I used it for a short period of two weeks at a minimal dose. Haven't needed it since than.Actually Accutane is the drug that causes anxiety/depression . I think that was its negative side-effect from part of the population.

When I donate I always wonder if some old lady in her 80"s is gonna get my 2500ng+ testosterone blood ?
Anyone notice Granny"s got more kick lately ? And she just beat me in arm wrestling....
Im type O and once Red Cross knows they will never leave you alone . They hound me day & night to donate....
I’m O+ and I don’t have to keep track of when I can donate again. I get emails out of the wazoo once it’s been long enough between donations.
When they take your info they ask if you have pinned a needle or something like that.
I know that donating blood helps with high blood pressure while on AAS but is it ethical to do so, considering that we pin at least by weekly?
Also, does taking an AI have any negative effects on the recipient of the blood?
Well I'll be damned... You must be a walking Wikipedia of cycling

I had a discussion with a blood bank a while back about this. I asked flat out if I could donate on trt. They said it was fine and they just need to know if you’re taking testosterone because there’s some people who couldn’t get your blood. It was a long time ago, so I forgot who she said. Maybe pregnant women? But the bottom line is, you can. They don’t want blood from someone pinning a drug that was acquired illegally. But prescription testosterone is OK

So what difference is it to them if your TRT is prescribed or if you self medicate? Besides your test being contaminated or something
I have never once been directly asked if I take testosterone. I have donated a shit ton of blood. This is the question you must answer “no”.
“Have you ever used needles to take drugs, steroids, or anything not prescribed by your doctor.”
Well then let's hope any pregnant ladies won't be needing my blood then
