Some people (me) sit at 3700 for TDE. Everyone is different. With every pound of lean muscle you put on you TDE goes up. Calories are not set and forget. The have to be adjusted to your size and training
I think the calories/macros thing is useless unless you have serious aspirations to compete and win, just eating plenty of protein each meal, eating frequently, with breakfast and pre-bed, and eating carbs according to your workouts (no more no less), and you can get bigger, stronger and leaner by the day, all together.
