I'd like to use this thread for suggestions on making our service better and for people to ask questions and share their experiences with this service.

I still have to work on the documents above, so please, have some patience with me and share your suggestions in the meanwhile.

I personally don't like sales.

I generally keep my prices extremely low compared to competition, so I don't have much room for discounts and I prefer stability to influx of samples due to sale.

I can do bulk discounts (10 or more samples in one package), as getting many samples in a single package means I have to do less paperwork per sample, but sometimes I don't offer that either (eg client has additional requests, so those are filled for free and in exchange the discount is not provided etc).

Keeps the things simpler, accounting-wise.

It's called basic politesse, but well if you don't like me, you are always free to use other services which charge at least 50% more for less
