If taking hcg as well I'd drop the preg and dhea. Hcg should keep you within levels, bloods would tell.

Hcg alone can complicate estrogen. KISS method.

12.5 preg Ed is alot imo. I take it once a week personally, no hcg

Way to complicated cycle I agree with the Japanese rice bowl guy. Just run test and hcg. The reason is you don't know how these compounds are going to affect you. Are you going to have sides? Who knows but if you throw the gauntlet at it you will have no idea what the issue is.

Drop the complex cycle for the future and run test at 500 or another mg at your liking. It'll make future cycles easier once you can gauge how you respond

Thanks to both!! Do y’all think my blood labs safe to start now and stop with the tirzepatide

Do you really weight 270 lbs at 36% body mass index? I don't see a test score and looks like cholesterol is high. What does you diet look like?

Didnt see this, lose the weight first bro. Your numbers across the board will get better and you'll be more satisfied with the visible results

Is there anything out there for to lower cholesterol
Not a doctor, but a statin would probably be a good place to start. Mine was high and I was on statin therapy for around a year and include 4 grams of fish oil per day to help raise HDL. My doctor took me off the statins around 5 months ago and directed to me use 1000 mg of controlled release niacin per day and continue the 4 grams of fish oil. My lipids have been much improved with this change.

I'm currently running 25 mg anavar to help recover from a tendon reattachment surgery, so that knocked my HDL down some, but the protocol I described above seemed to work well for me. I didn't even have to stay on rosuvastatin for very long.

Keep an eye on your kidney health too, brother. The increased creatinine is probably due to exercise, but I don't know for sure. Stay hydrated!

I should be more knowledgeable on this, because I have stage II CKD due to lupus, but unfortunately I'm not. My nephrologist doesn't have me taking any meds or supplements yet. He just tells me to drink the hell out of water and make sure all all my minerals are included in my fluids.

The most important thing when it comes to kidney health is to maintain a healthy blood pressure and keep blood glucose under control. High BP and BG are the leading causes of kidney disease. If you keep these where they need to be and stay well hydrated, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Also, I wanted to tell you congratulations on what you have accomplished so far. Everyone here loves to see a success story.
