Correction: He only stated that Simec states on their reports that they are not accredited for AAS testing. He never said they are not an accredited facility

Hey buddy. I realize the testing will not be accredited. I am interested in the explanation of "preparative flash chromatography" that @Analyzer used to obtain the standard for the primo test.

As I said above. If this procedure is going to be used for all standard samples used for comparison in this testing of our samples, and it is good enough for the purposes of our testing here for Meso members, I don't care if it is an accredited "procedure" or just something that is going to work for our tests.

2./3. I did not have standard of primobolan for the first test, so I used external standard since I wanted at least preliminary result before holidays. I had impure raw primobolan left from previous testings. I purified it using preparative flash chromatography to get standard which I used for subsequent testing. That´s all...

@Analyzer I believe there is still some confusion about this statement. Can you explain a little more about external and internal standards for the meso group.

I do know from reading "external standards do not correct for losses that may occur during preparation of the sample, such as extraction, centrifugation, evaporation, etc."
