Log - getting strong - Redo #3,482

I hate cardio but it is definitely important. Even like 15 min post workout

Definitely. Consistency has always worked for me over sporadic intensity. 6 weeks of doing that tail end cardio session and i get back into the single digit body fat numbers.

Today was legs. Added quarter reps in for the first time. Can't say I noticed a difference, or even enjoyed them.
My chest and arms are sore as hell from yesterday, can guarantee my legs will be sore, although I went nowhere near heavy.
Front Squats 4x6 @225 - I went past parallel, back up to a little past parallel, back down, then all the way up for 1 rep. Can't say I noticed a difference.
Reverse DB Lunge 4x6 @100lbs (2x50lb DB)
DB RDL 4x10 @140 (2x70 DB)
Tri sets. Did 3x12 of each, really light, no rest in between any sets or exercises.
Leg press machine @160, curl @130, extension @130
Did standing calf raise throughout the workout. No cardio. Will probably take tomorrow off.

Yup. Today is off. Limping around all day. Ass is super sore, maybe those 1 and 1/4 squats actually did something more.

Going to spend the day slaying some noobs Titanfall 2

Ive been contemplating grabbing Titanfall, Madden got boring. But last time I played a shooter Insoent the whole time getting shot by snipers I never saw.

Hows your strength holding up after pct?

Hard to judge...... I took a little over a month off. That's the whole reason why I cycled off; Wasn't finding the time to workout.
225 felt fine for bench. I definitely wasn't repping it 15-20 times for my warm up anymore though. Squats feel the same. Deadlift I can't judge. Broke my hand at the tail end of my cycle so I couldn't do much pulling.

My brother is super into one of those FPS games on PS4, I forget which one. Modern Warfare or Call of Duty, I think. I tried it the other day and just kept getting picked off by snipers. I prefer Halo myself. If I could've played as the Master Chief it would've been a slaughter.

I never got into Halo, ever. At the height of the 360 I was all about Gears of War.
If you want to play an insane shooter with one of the BEST stories ever, Spec Ops The Line is incredible.

Goddam those are nice lookin dogs
No problems with the baby and dogs?
Thank you!
Not a single issue. The first month my pit thought my son was a little toy or something, but once he realized he was a living thing my pit calmed way down. Just earlier tonight I got a few pictures of my pit resting his head on my son's feet. I took them on my wife's phone and will upload them when she gets home.
My girl dog is so cautious around him, too, and my son loves petting them and grabbing their ears. My girl dog Addi is so good. She will let him tug on her ears, and Axel my pit lets him tug on his tail. I couldn't be happier with how things are.

Well I had to take yesterday and today off because apparently the gym is closed on weekends, so starting tomorrow I'm getting a gym membership at the gym I worked out at earlier this year.
I'll be on campus for 3 days a week, so I'll use the university gym then, and the other gym the other 4 days.
