Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Training still going very well this week.
Some adjusting to new machines but really enjoying getting the majority of work done on nautilus and precor.
Dead stop Overhead press (raw) this week was 170kg/375lbs x 7
Upped tempo pretty hard nautilus hack squat is 270kg/600lbs x 10

Have a training partner for legs so I also got forced reps out. A guy who wants to do the same show as I do next year and says his goal is to beat me, so it’s fun to push each other and really get to work especially on some of those big sets. Helps me really slow down my tempo, and not ego lift to have a person spotting and so on.
My hip thrust also now at 340kg/750 x 5

Need to keep practicing some quarter turns,
Forgot to add with update, so taking 10-20 min after each session to work 1/2 poses per day.
First have to fix, then pick which I like then make it something I can repeat easily

103.6kg // 228lbs

So got my gyno surgery appointment settled. 10 days from now will get it removed on the 20th. Doing a pre-surgery screening and blood assay on the 18th, in the morning of rest day fasted. Then Thursday will hit legs in noon, shoulders at night. Friday morning get to the hospital and at the latest it gets removed in the afternoon. With this scheduling I should be able to work chest by the rebound. I shouldn’t go off diet, my wife has agreed to prep my meals at home and take them to the hospital. But I won’t be able to complete some days of cardio and I will probably not be on clen/yohimbine while attending inpatient care. This means I might get my cut slightly set back. Not worried about this tbh, I’d like to heal up 100% before I rebound because I will push my body hard, so if I cut a little more slowly I’m really not stressing.

Weight at 103.0kg/227.1lbs

Weight going down very slowly. I think it was effected by my travels and work this week. Over the weekend I worked an additional 20 hours (over 2 days), and had to take some plane rides to another city to review a rack/barbells & a cable machine, and then take apart barbells/ machines to look at components.

Posing was not in rounds, for check in. Just one shot, move on. Want to see if I can do a pose first try and be basically consistent.

Will cut a couple more weeks before I try posing trunks.

alright, so got protocol for post gyno surgery, including my recovery peptide stack, and how/when to use, as it should not be directly after or through the surgery.
My training plan will be modified for 3 weeks, post surgery
Diet is currently less carbs again, and more cardio.
We will only start to rebound when I am able to reincorporate chest into my training, and may hold the cut a little longer depending on where my recovery is, like maintain the body weight until I can make everything grow.
Cardio will be modified too for recovery but we will push hard a week before my operation.

are they recommending doing the peptides a few days after the surgery procedure?

Weight on average this week dropped. 102.2-103.5kg
My strength is still holding on. Incline bench was still 145kg, so this was solid, arms getting back to off season strength after changing diet. My hip thrust, and RDL also blew up this week.

Getting sharper slowly. This is first week I’m actually dealing with hunger and I have more of a desire to eat foods I like. I’ve been using some different clean & appropriate carbs sources outside of the workout window to try and keep the diet more fresh, and always change vegetables on a daily basis so that I have the feeling variety since I only am eating lean proteins, such as egg whites, Greek yogurt and chicken. This aspect is more mental since obviously I will be more satiated if I were to just eat potato meal after meal, but with the proteins limited, it feels much more palatable this way.

Ok, so diet is smaller yet again. Time to push it harder. Since I will have less training volume due to recovery from surgery, calories don’t have to be as high. 45 min fasted cardio per day.

I got blood work and ECG today.
Cholesterol is very good, LDL is in a great place for someone with CVD risk, HDL is totally fine, good, not amazing but the total cholesterol is also seemingly in a very safe place for avoiding CVD. Everything else in blood work, blood panels, kidney, RBC so on and so forth, estrogen is totally normal.

My heart beat/rhythm is normal for the most part. I high voltage output from left ventricle which serves to indicate a small level of LVH, again not new info but it is in a fine place, not risky by any means. Heart rate is very good, 63 still despite doing the ECG on 80mcg clen, yohimbine, tren, so on.

I was cleared for the gynecomastia removal this morning, so Friday it gets fully removed.

Very nice man. Looking forward to hearing about how the surgery goes and all the graphics photos lol.

Yeah haha looking forward to it as well. I’ll get a couple before & after in similar lighting but it will probably take a couple weeks I assume

Alright surgery done, taking my one day off cardio per week today, I’ll be in the hospital and there is still chest pain when I walk. Meal plan still going but I missed 2 meals yesterday. I had to fast for 18 hours total which didn’t leave me too much to get meals in. So I ended up being short on protein yesterday, but got all my carbs and most of my fats in for first 4/6 meals. All things considered that is not bad. I also didn’t take any clen, yohimbine, etc. yesterday before my surgery. As they put me to sleep with the anesthesia.

BP was at 114/70, heart rate 63 still so this is solid.
They intially took my blood pressure after I did my 45 minutes of fasted cardio (cycling) and it was at 180/100. So had to wait for it to go down.

Today I will be able to have all my meals. I should be back to training on Monday or Tuesday. But I will not be doing chest and biceps together, just biceps.

Was 102.2 kg before surgery

Back at the gym today. Wasn’t a bad session but obviously doing a bit less due to recovery. Doing cardio too. Meal plan has been totally normal, but I missed a lot of steps while in the hospital. Still have tubes coming out of my chest draining. Started BPC/TB500 today.
Will check in with my coach next week. Today is the first night I’ve been able to go home, and once the tubes/wound dressings are removed I will be able to weigh myself again. Keeping the same calories, since I have nothing to change, and don’t know my weight. I have no point taking check in pics since I am wrapped up with tubes and cannot pose my upper body.

Got tubes taken out today, checked out of hospital, working as usual, can now get steps back in, cardio back in. Weighed in at 102.2kg this morning so we are basically starting at the same point as before, just missing chest this week. Will do back today, loads will be decreased, reps higher so I make sure I really don’t incorporate any chest activation/strain improperly whatsoever . Some movements are changed too. In total it cost approximately 2.5k USD, including inpatient care (which was really quite unwanted) All things considered pretty smooth, and not too expensive. I was asked to go to a fitness expo in America on 26th with the side gig but honestly I don’t want to miss any more work from my actual job, and the amount of flying sounds like a pain after I’ve been on my ass in the hospital, really want to prioritize the plan more than anything.

So end of cut will be slightly delayed. All good. Bloods looked totally fine last week so I am expecting after this recovery and cut finishes I will have a very productive off season followed by prep. Now that the gyno is out and the muscle mass will again increase I’m looking forward to a hard push for those kgs to the cap and then finally competing.

In total 10x8x4cm of hard dense/tough cone shaped masses were removed. No body fat was removed because there is very little on the pecs at the time, so it was deemed unnecessary
Wow

I did not see anything that looked remotely near that large in your pictures. I did not even really see any gyno

Arms down it wasn’t easy to spot. I think it was extremely noticeable when arms were overhead, like front double bicep and ab and thigh. Completely ruined those shots, which is why I hardly ever posted those.
