Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

116.8kg/ 257.5lbs— cals at 5,400
On average no I am holding 7kg higher than last years peak during off season. This is good sign with 2 months to finish pushing up.
Diet changing now Im a little uncomfortable with meal 1 and before bed.
My meal one is 4 eggs, 125g beef, 2 slices toast, 100g oat, 100g berries and 180mL of juice, so it is a bit of forcing.
And before bed i now drink some protein and have a sandwich after already having eating 5,200 calories so that last bit of food is not super comfortable. Now it feels like we are “pushing” the food a bit, but still totally manageable.

Check in this week at 261 pounds!

New Milestone for check in. 6 weeks to keep running it up. My friends think I can probably get 270-275 by the end of this. Will see what happens.
Added ment last night and man with the extra food the weights were moving nice.

Hack squat— absolutely brutal above 15 reps. Really taxing my cardio and lungs. Not based for asthmatic but getting it done. Feels like Im drowning by the end, but hopefully my work capacity adjusts. It’s a lot of bracing for slow eccentric, and holding my breath. Luckily get to 20 and next week I can take it up to 500lbs maybe just hit the 15-17
