long time lurker and finally decided to post. Been working out for around 8 years now. Started at 6'3" and 160lbs. First few years struggled to get over 170. Then got serious about 4 years ago and I'm now 215-220lbs. Around 13-14% BF. 30yrs old. Diet is decent but can always be better (damn pizza is my weakness man). I don't drink alcohol but enjoy Dr Pepper every once in a while.

I've done several cycles of oral tren which I am actually about to get off of. I'm tired of this oral shit that doesn't do much. Tried sarms and was never really impressed.
