Chest day went well. Lots of volume.
Triple drop sets on incline barbel. Tripple drop at 15 reps each. 4 working sets at 45 reps. Burn baby!
Single arm Landmine press concentrating on the upper chest. 3 sets 15
Cable incline flys 3 sets 15
Cable decline fly/press. This is a new excersize as my gym only just got a free standing decline bench. This excersize has had my chest in serious pain the last three chest sessions, And fairly sore the next few days. Its concentrated on the outer sweep of the chest and the inner lower cut. 4 sets 10/10. 10 flys then 10 presses. It’s the only excersize to make my outer chest hurt.
Then dips and triceps.
I fucked up my Monday test injection
I forgot purge after swapping needles from 20g to a 25g. It’s the second time. That little .04cc air bubble causes all sorts of pip. I will have to take legs easy today. This will be the first workout impacted by pip during this cycle. My fault not the gears.
Other wise the daily injections in my legs are going smoothly. Again I am only using my quad/thigh for injecting. Why? Lots of room to work and easy access. I have 4 locations that I am rotating ed. So each location gets time to heal.
I feel much better on the test p than the test e. The test e had me feeling like shit a lot of the time. Or it could have been I was fighting some bug and did not know it.
After seeing many threads on test only cycles I am glad I went the rout I did. The megatest450 was a good blend to start a cycle and was the smoothest of the three test I used. It also happened to be the highest mg/ml.
My next cycle will be different as I learned a lot thanks to this group. But I still like that test u, test a, test e blend for starting a cycle. Also As long as my test levels recover normally I plan to use deca in all my future cycles. It works wonders on joint issues.
I am currently at 196 and slowly dropping. It’s funny how much water you retain just because of the high calorie intake. I lost half a gallon of water since lowering my calories.
