Happy Damn New Years!

For the new year and my last three/four weeks on I plan to reduce my calories and stop eating out.

My protein shake is between 800-900 calories. I will cut that to 600 and only have three a day with two meals. Should be between 2500-2800 cal a day. I will look at how fast I start to drop weight and make adjustments as needed.

Cutting the calories down to that area should do good for cutting.

Up your proteins and make adjustments with your carbs.

In my experience it's the easiest way to go.
 
Wow my energy level is waaaaay up with the lower callories. All this time maybe my low energy was the amount of food and not crashed estrogen levels.
The down side is I am hangry after 7 pm.
You won’t like me when I am hangry.

Monday back routine was brutal and painful after taking last weeks back day off due to the holiday. I kept it light with lots of volume after being off last week.

Started off with wide grip pull downs with two sets of 20 to warm up.

Then moved on to wide grip pull ups. 4 sets 12, 12, 10, 8

Wide grip pull downs. 4 sets. 18,18,15, 15

Bent barbell row 3 sets. 20, 18, 15

Neutral grip lat pull downs 2 sets. 20, 20

Land mine v grip bent rows. 3 sets 18, 15, 15

Leverage upper back machine rows. 3 sets 18, 15, 15

Dead lift 4 sets of 15

Strait arm pull downs 3 sets of 20

Concentration cable curles 3 sets to failure
Concentration fumble curles to failure.

Like I said a light back day. I usually have 30 active sets on back day not 25.

Today is chest day. My major week point. I am still trying to get my inner right pec to fill in but nothing. It is becoming more and more apparent to me that this muscle is not contracting properly. I can’t even flex this muscle let alone get a bump out of it. Oh well it is what it is. The nerve in my neck must be worse than I thought. Maybe one day I will have a well rounded chest but it’s looking like that’s not a possibility.

I plan to do drop sets on incline. Warm up with some incline cable flys then the drops. Then back to flys. This high volume routine has been adding size to the parts of my chest that will actually grow, so I will continue it. Also it’s been better on my shoulders than the strait heavy routine.
 
Chest day went well. Lots of volume.

Triple drop sets on incline barbel. Tripple drop at 15 reps each. 4 working sets at 45 reps. Burn baby!

Single arm Landmine press concentrating on the upper chest. 3 sets 15

Cable incline flys 3 sets 15

Cable decline fly/press. This is a new excersize as my gym only just got a free standing decline bench. This excersize has had my chest in serious pain the last three chest sessions, And fairly sore the next few days. Its concentrated on the outer sweep of the chest and the inner lower cut. 4 sets 10/10. 10 flys then 10 presses. It’s the only excersize to make my outer chest hurt.

Then dips and triceps.


I fucked up my Monday test injection :( I forgot purge after swapping needles from 20g to a 25g. It’s the second time. That little .04cc air bubble causes all sorts of pip. I will have to take legs easy today. This will be the first workout impacted by pip during this cycle. My fault not the gears.

Other wise the daily injections in my legs are going smoothly. Again I am only using my quad/thigh for injecting. Why? Lots of room to work and easy access. I have 4 locations that I am rotating ed. So each location gets time to heal.

I feel much better on the test p than the test e. The test e had me feeling like shit a lot of the time. Or it could have been I was fighting some bug and did not know it.

After seeing many threads on test only cycles I am glad I went the rout I did. The megatest450 was a good blend to start a cycle and was the smoothest of the three test I used. It also happened to be the highest mg/ml.

My next cycle will be different as I learned a lot thanks to this group. But I still like that test u, test a, test e blend for starting a cycle. Also As long as my test levels recover normally I plan to use deca in all my future cycles. It works wonders on joint issues.

I am currently at 196 and slowly dropping. It’s funny how much water you retain just because of the high calorie intake. I lost half a gallon of water since lowering my calories.
 
Today’s morning weight was 194. Still shedding water weight from cutting calories. I have not felt bloted since cutting the calories and it’s great. I also want all my meals and am not having to force feed myself.

Wednesday was legs and it went ok. I had a sore quad from a mistake I made during the last injection in that spot and it limited my workout. I was unable to do extensions. I did 4 sets of lunges and 100 reps in 5 sets on the squat rack, after hamstring and calf work.

Today was shoulders and I think my current shoulder issue is a rotator cuff strain. I have not really worked this area. I started some rotator cuff excersizes today and it’s sore AF. I will keep them up and see if it improves. When you have shoulder issues it’s easy to assume it’s the injury and not something new when it could be.

I have also started working my lower back three time a week until it’s indurance catches up with the rest of my body. Fuck it’s gotten weak in comparison to everything else.

Basically I am back to full time two a day workouts 5 days a week, with most lifting done in the morning and my abb/Lower back work coming in the evening after cardio. I do very little abb work and am having a hard time fixing that :(

Once I hit 180 lbs I will concentrate on honing my diet and staying there. I personally don’t like any lower than 15% body fat. I am not big enough yet to run 12 or 10 percent.

I am excited to start trimming out the love handles.
 
This week was ok, not great but just ok. I got all my workouts in on schedual. Intensity in down a bit but not bad. I am currently at 75mg a day test p.

The test p is starting to become painful. Its not to bad so I should be able to finish the last two weeks. But my legs are sore every day.

I am debating weather to loose some weight or to keep bulking through until my next cycle. I did cut calories. My trainer thinks I will be unhappy with my current size and says I will end up stopping the cutt and going back to a bulk before I hit my desired body fat. I will stay at 3000ish calories a day until I am finished with this cycle, then decide.

If I decide to continue bulking through until my next cycle I may try a very strict diet and a hgh/slin cycle once I start pct. On 6 weeks off 4.
 
I have made up my mind to keep my calories lower than before but still above my baseline calorie intake. I am at 3000-3500 a day atm and my weight has stablized at 195-200. Yesterday evening was 200lbs even.

Since I still need some development in my arms and chest I have decided not to do a cut but to keep trying to build those areas for another few months. I may not be as lean as I want during the summer but it is what it is. Eye on the prize not the quick finish.

Back day was good. I did more wide pull downs than normal. 10 working sets. Then bent row, leverage machine upper back rows, then deadlift. I also did 6 sets on biceps at the end to hit that weak point.

I am doing hyperextensions and rotator cuff excercises three time a week to help those neglected muscles catch up. My shoulders are already almost completely better!!!!! I may come out of this as one of the 10% deca users that gets lasting healing effects from its use.
 
Most of my finger numbness in the right hand is gone. It was inpengment in the shoulder causing it. The fix was to work the rotator cuff more. I am so glad my shoulders are gtg.
Basically my bad left shoulder was the reason all this aas stuff got started. I was desperate for something to help heal and build my bad left shoulder and success!

Pain gone, piping and grinding gone. I am hoping to continue to strengthen my shoulders until they are my strong point.

This week went well. I still have arms but I am wiped out already this week.

The pip from the test p is subsiding. I am down to 350mg test p a week and 100 mg test suspension. Last injection is next Saturday. I am tempted to go another two weeks as I still have 1/4 a vial of test p left. We shal see.

I went back on slin this week.
7iu pre workout with my gh and 10 iu post workout. Then 3 iu with my afternoon gh shot. Any more slin and I will have to add in carbs to my diet. So this is as much as I plan to take. Hard part is I am partially hypoglycemic. My blood sugar is low 50 in the morning. So I tend to run low anyway making it dangerous as I am running 40 or lower before I show symptoms of going hypo. Either way I monitor my levels and more than cover my insulin before the shot. My diet has been 95% and getting better as I develop a new rotiune. I will come off the slin after pct is finished.
 
Late update, Got busy.

This is the last week and I am glad. Sick of eod injections.

I am holding at 196-200 lbs. I will get measured one more time at the end of this week and see what was added overall. Then onto pct and to see if I can maintain those measurements through post cycle.

Workouts have been good but not great.

Everyone is still sick in my area. I am getting tired of it. I wish people were healthier because I have to pay for there lack of effort with my immune system. I have managed to not get fully sick but have had several bouts where it was close. I had to take yesterday off due to feeling tired and crappy. I still did cardio and some extensions but nothing else. I want to save my energy for target days like shoulders.

My shoulders are much better. I still have bad days if I sleep on one side wrong but they are almost completely better improving with the rotator cuff excersizes.
 
Well that’s that. Last injection was Tuesday. A few days early. I will start pct on Tuesday next week.

Any advice on how to keep my intensity up during my gym sessions?

Just keep pushing through. I had plenty of PR's during PCT... Don't let people get in your head that say you're going to feel like shit and yada yada. Stay positive, keep a good diet and keep pushing... You'll adjust and hang onto a lot. It does get harder after more cycles and approaching or surpassing genetic limit.
 
A lot going on in this thread so I'm staying out of it but I do have 1 thing to say. Letro is very harsh and worse for you than the juice itself. I would keep it on hand for when you get gyno symptoms as an emergency use only. It will crash your estrogen to unhealthy levels. If you have labs that show otherwise then that's acceptable but you can be much safer running arimidex.
 
Final weight was 192 18.5% body fat fasted first thing in the morning. I did this measurement two day in a row with the same results. However that’s not what I am looking at. I am more concerned with the measurements. How much did I add to my target areas.
Also remember the main goal was to rehabilitate the left shoulder/forearm Which is now the strong shoulder and the forearm is what it is. To much metal in there to ever get 100% out of it.

I get taped Monday so I will know then. I don’t tape myself as I don’t want to fuck the results with subconscious acts ;)
 
I got busy again and forgot to update.

Things are great since my last post. I lost a good amount of water over the last 14 days.

I am down on energy a bit but other than that I feel fine. I should know if I will get low in the next two weeks.


What I use to track my weight and fat content is a cheap body scanner. $60 These are not accurate for calculating actual body fat but they are great to allow you to show you what direction you are moving in the various catagories. Take your numbers from the Monday of every week and plot them on a graph and you will see if you need more protein, carbs, or fat depending on if you are loosing more fat or muscle. Again it shows a trend. It measurements are not accurate measurements. Meaning the body fat calculation could be off by as much as 3%. I take all measurements in the morning after my coffee at the same time to minimize variables.
This machine combined with an old school tape measure is all I use.

The top number is today the bottom is 14 days ago. Same with all the rest of the pics. It also gives me a base line for calories. I tested this against a much more expensive unit at max muscle in Stockton Ca an dthey were almost the same results. Within 1%.

You can see it can’t tell the difference between body fat and water. I don’t honestly think I lost that much fat in 14 days :)

This is a pretty good base line calorie calculator. Same number given to me at max muscle and by my personal trainer. This is your inactive calorie needs not including daily exursion.

So I feel I have lost most of the water. Measurements are pretty much the same except my gut is a little smaller. I keep forgetting to copy my measurement chart. I will today.
 
I have learned a lot from this experience and would like to thank those that helped me get it lined out.

I feel I did not get the full potential out of this cycle as I could have with the long easters and short time frame.

What I learned?
-Get blood work!
-The easter used makes a difference in pct timing. This should have obvious but I missed it.
-more water
-run a consistand dose, and don’t ramp up the dose slowly.
-short Easter’s can lengthen a cycle without extending the length of shutdown.
-deca makes old joints feel young again :)
 
Got analyzer testing on all my gear and it was great! Cart after the horse but whatever. I have so much of this ec gear it would make you jealous so now my future cycles are gtg. Dosing is right on.

As in decades past eurochenlabs is still gtg.

My weight is down to 188 and I won’t stop dropping until my love handles are gone. I am determined this time. Before my next cycle I want to be 12%

My analyzer results are preliminary and the official test data will be posted in the lab section soon. I had 6 different compounds tested. Even my cheap ass China hgh. So nothing was fake ;)
