Diet is over 4000 cal a day. Protein is over between 250 and 350 a day. Macros are new to me but I would gues they are way out of proportion due to the 8 bananas and one quart of rice milk a day I consume. I added avocado oil to my shakes because there was no fat. I am still doing it the eat everything in site diet with no raw sugar, dairy, or wheat.

i cant do eggs either, but i can do whey isolate
 
Damn whey protein turns my ass into asteroids. Most of my protein comes from egg white protein with protease enzyme. 200g a day worth, but not major digestive issues as yet.
 
You don't need gainers.

I suggest tracking your macros. The "I see" diet can be problematic if you're already unhappy with your bf %.

Seriously though, the gym bro can be a dangerous person... I got a guy at my gym and holy shit, completely misinformed. Nice guy but he's running some of the most irresponsible cycles. What's worse, his younger gym partner is now running a cycle... Which is okay but what's not okay is him taking any advice from his partner. I would like to pull him aside at some point to see what he's got going on before things get outta hand.
 
Personally I would go for a slight caloric deficit, lean up a bit with just test and worry about bulking later.

Maybe you will like the new look.

I've been doing just 200 mg of test a week and I've dropped 5 lbs in about 40 days and have actually gotten bigger in the muscles while dropping 2 inches of my pant size.

Much of my gains are muscle memory but I'm happy with it.

If you've never tries test then you may find a low dose weekly with a good diet will surprise you.

Keep it simple and make your workouts count and you will do well.
 
How this cycle came about? It was a combination of bad advice, forum surfing combined with my mind set.

I am set on a bulk.
I will however try to keep it under 200lbs. Tonight I was 199. So ya cutting some calories. Maybe remove a protein shake a day. I would feel less full all the time anyway.
 
This thread went from a disaster to a pretty good outcome. Anyone flaming at this point is a loser.

Op needs a little work dialing in his diet. Sounds like a high protein deficit is in order. Where are the diet gurus?
 
My protein shake fits in a large nutrabullett cup. 1 quart.

2 large bananas- 240cal- 60 carbs
2.5 cups rice milk- 280cal- 60 carbs
35 grams egg white protein- 150cal
11g protein Beef gelatin protein- 45 cal
1 tbsp avocado oil- 130cal- 14g fat
Then fresh spinach and blueberries.

So wow I did not even realize it was that high.
845 calories
120 carbs
47 grams protein(including rice milk)
14 grams fat.

My 4 shakes a day is 3380 calories then steak and eggs(another 1000cal) and then rice and chicken(another 500 cal) :0
 
Monday back workout. I went to a different In-Shape with more equipment to hit back with a friend. I did not get to 30 sets on back but still got a good workout in.

-Wide grip pull-ups. 4 sets 12,10,10,8
-Wide lat pull downs. Superset behind the head then in front. 3 sets 80,90,90lbs 10reps each. Total of 20 reps a set.
-reverse grip leverage mono rows, middle lat. 4 sets 18,15,15,15 70lbs each side
-reverse grip lat pull down leverage machine, lower lat. 4 sets 18,15,15,12
-Middle grip cable rows 4 sets. 20,18,15,12 80,80,90,110lbs
Wide grip strait arm lat row. 4 sets

-Dumbbell Hammer curls 3 sets 15,12,12. 25,25,30 lbs
-Machine leverage bilateral curls 3 sets 12,12,10. 45lbs.
-Barbel curls 3 sets 15,15,15. 50,40,40 lbs

Total time lifting 1 hour 15 min.

Two reasons, sugar addiction, I don’t eat raw sugar like soda. Not to say I don’t get lots of simple carbs but no raw processed sugar. And, well, I have no kitchen atm. It’s kinda gone and in the process of being rebuilt. Could take months. I live on a 50’ classic wooden boat I am restoring slowly. So ya no oven or stove. I have all the appliances and everything it’s just slow going doing this kind of carpentry, don’t want to sink the boat. I have a rice cooker though :) And the nutrabullett is also a good “no kitchen” tool.

It’s not like it’s a shitty powder drink either. Lots of fresh goodies. Always fresh spinach. I go through a lot of spinach.

I have one but got so burnt out on roast soggy veggies and rice. Time to dig it out and revisit it again.

My shakes are basically blended rice milk banana, egg whites, and spinach.The way I see it, while it’s liquid, it’s real food. No different than blending up roast beef and sweet ptatos in gravy. I do understand that liquids don’t stay in the stomach long enough to allow the body to process the proteins but that’s why I use protease enzyme. The body can only process about 10-15 grams of protien in two hours, how long liquid meals stay in the stomach. The rest is up to the enzyme intake.

I forgot Monday morning cardio. 45min interval training. Average heart rate 156. I do 45-75 min cardio a day except tuesdays. I want full leg strength on Wednesday’s.

I will say this for that Megatest 450. It was waaaay smoother than the strait test E in how it hits your system. With test e only it hits me much harder. Good for the gym not so much for sleep.
 
The second to the last pic was labeled wrong and I don’t know how to fix it. It was supposed to be November 2017 not 2016.
