Long time gym rat first cycle. Megatest 450, deca, hgh, Slin,

When I was in my early thirties, I ran a deca only cycle with no pct. I had no clue what I was doing (obviously). I made good gains, but it took 4 or 5 months for my dick to work properly again. And by properly I mean only 1 or 2 hardons a week. This lasted for years until, surprise(!) I was diagnosed with low T in my early forties. I started TRT and things started working properly again.

Eight months ago I ran a little deca (300) with some test (500). Within 6 weeks I was suffering from mycoxafloppin. I stopped everything, waited the prerequisite amount of time, and ran a power pct. I got my test checked last week it came back at 213.

I'm not blaming the second run of deca for the low T score, I have been on TRT for almost a decade. I am blaming it for the second limptastic experience.

Anyways, thats my anecdotal experience. I hope it never has to be anyone else's anecdotal experience.

The guys in here giving advice are only trying to help you avoid a bad exoerience. Don't be like me and learn the hard way.
 
I read that EQ has similar effects on collagen synthesis to deca without the anti-inflammatory qualities.

I could try switching to eq instead of deca. Then try some other swelling control methods.

Does anyone have any experience with joint injury and eq?
 
The problem with this first cycle is that if something does go wrong it, it will be impossible to know where the problem lies.

Too many compounds for a first cycle, I am fairly new to AAS but this is just common sense.

eq is not gonna help sore joints.

deca, and the test u in that mega test450 will make pct a bitch.

i still do simple test 500 a week cycles, with some tne pre workout.
 
you have no idea if deca is doing anything at all. you have never done a cycle without it.

and it takes forever to kick in.
 
I will just remove the deca then. It’s been 8 weeks and if it takes that long to abide maybe what ever joint help will last through the cycle.
 
Switched to test e this morning. According to steroidcalc I am going to run the deca one more week then give it 4 weeks on just the test e to let the deca clear.


If I have understood the sticky on pct with test e I need to wait around 35-40 days given the dose I am at before I start pct.
Then run
Days 1-35 clomid 50mg morning and afternoon
1-45 tamo 20mg morning and afternoon
Then have blood work done.

Do I have it right?
 
deca has metabolites that linger for months hindering recovery of natural testosterone production.

some people recover just fine, others struggle for months and months.

we shall see how you do.
 
Yes and thanks to evrone for there input. I do listen and don’t want to fuck anything up but also want to get bigger.

This was supposed to be a log, but with the issues in my cycle it became a repair thread. I will start moving it back in the log direction. I am super self conscious and fat as fuck atm so I don’t need anyone to tell me that when I post pictures. I have some shitty pics from when all this started. I need to edit them first and I will post them and start logging my routine, weight and progress. Again I don’t plan out my lifting days because I never get to do it the way I plan and end up winging it after the first excersize.

do you have a typical routine?
full body, upper lower split, push pull legs?

there are lots of dudes here with fucking epic builds. im not one of them.
but im actually old, lol

I do have a typical routine. Mon-fri
Back 30+ sets and biceps 15 sets
Chest 30+ sets and tri 15 sets
Legs 40+ sets the whole leg
Shoulders 25 sets
Arms 35sets

I hit one muscle group at a time for the most part.
 
@Oldman. don't worry about anybody trolling your pics. Logs are off limits for flaming, just worry about yourself and use the ignore button if need be.

I would start PCT slightly earlier. Your levels should be low enough to start at about 25 days or so. The drugs and dosages look okay.

So, what exactly are the goals here? Get lean? Get big? Don't say both... Be realistic.

Although you don't get to do what you want anyways... I do suggest trying to come up with something of a base to work off of.

I can tell you're a humble guy and you're trying to do things the right way, you were very misguided to start though. I apologize for hitting you a little hard right outta the gate... I just don't want to see people fuck themselves up.

So my goal for this cycle is to put as much keepable size on as possible. If there is such a thing with aas and my injuries.

Believe it or not this all started with frustration at my shoulder and the inibility of that arm to grow at the same pace.
