Long time gym rat first cycle. Megatest 450, deca, hgh, Slin,

Got scanned today. 18.5% body fat concentrated mainly around my mid section. 17lbs gained, 7lbs muscle, 3lbs fat, 7lbs water.

I also got taped. I will post those measurememts pre cycle and now. They are much bigger. +4.5” in my shoulders, 1” in my arms, 2” in my chest, and 23.5” quads. So under my 24” limit.
 
I know this log sucks. I simply can not keep track of my workouts and stay focused. All I can post is my gains and experience.

Tonthat effect I have to say the shorter the Easter the more the anger, anxiety, and heart rate is all up on the test e vs the test u. I stayed at 800mg a week for the test e. I know to much but I was already there. I get why I can’t run that Megatest an entire cycle but man it is soooo smooth as fuck. It was like you did not know you were taking anything except for the size gains. Zero pip. Thebtest e has minor soreness days later. Nothing to worry about but there you are.

I have Three more weeks on the test e then I will start a test p taper to my pct. should come off at 18 weeks. Looking for a solid 15lb kepable increase. My main gola was to frame out my chest and balance out my shoulders. Goal acomplished, even if not a little short on fullness of the muscles bellies.

I have seen many say nolva is a bad option for pct with nandralone deca. Is this true or is 7 weeks off the deca prior to pct good enough to use the nolva?

I had a bad week. I tried some water based test suspension two days at 25mg pre workout. The workouts were insane but the flip side left me energyless all week with test flu. I am hoping to recover over the weekend. And try it again but No cardio this weekend. Time to heal up. I am physically totally drained. The pahrmacom water basket test suspension is the fucking bomb if you can get used to it’s effects. Smooth as water injecting with not sign of pip. Also at 45 bucks a vial it’s afordable.

Something else you should know is I travel one week a month. I have been able to keep my schedual so it’s not more than an energy drain. Another reason I have 4 protein shakes a day. It avoids me eating out.

I will post 14 week measurements and weight/body fat. I am struggling to keep it under 195 lbs regularly hitting 205. But I keep altering carbs and callories to avoid going to 220. If I get to much bigger my Cloths won’t fit.

Still loosing the sugar game to whisky filled cholocate cherries. Fucking holiday treats. I have been having three a day max for 150 calories.

Any advice on the pct and nolva being used with a deca cycle as pct would be great.

Week three off the deca and my shoulder is rapidly becoming an issue. No more wide grip pull downs. Fuck! I am not giving up or anything but I can see that deca is my wonder drug. Shoulder is popping and pinching again. There is also that soreness on top of the joint on the skin as well. Fuck a duck with bad luck run over by a truck in the muck.
 
Off the deca I have been a bit down on energy so I tried some water based pharmacom test suspension. 25mg pre workout. Works great. Lots of fuel for the gym session.

I pin 25mg 45 min prior to workout with a 27g 1/2” insulin pin on the lateral outer thigh. No pip.
 
Had kind of a bad week. Workouts were
Ok. Just life shit getting in the way. Nothing super bad mainly traveling.

I was traveling Monday so I ended up doing back in the evening and it was a shit workout. The rest of the weeks workouts were good. I was able to get my intensity back this week with 25mg test suspension pre workout. I had a workout partner three of the other days. Twice with a trainer and once with my much larger friend. These workouts always yield more than alone as I can do heavy drop sets and get a deep soreness.

Diet was bad-ish callories are up but so is fat intake. Morning weight is around 200lbs Evening weight is 205+ lbs.

My energy has been completely non existent during the days. I am going to try to keep to my diet this week and see if the energy comes back. But the two a days, lift in the morning and cardio in the evening, are taxing my to the limit.

The injury in my neck is not getting much better with chiropractic work but it is keeping it manageable.

My last shot of test e will be the 28th Dec and I will start three weeks test
P to allow the test e to leave the system. Then come off completely and give it 5 days to start pct. from what I have read I should run longer on the test
P but 21 days plus the wait for that to clear is close to 30 days from my last test e injection. More than enough time. Or do I have something wrong?

I am currently running 500 iu hcg/week. I have read I should run the hcg until 2 weeks before I start pct. is this correct?
Thanks for any advice on smoothing our the end of my cycle.
 
This week I am really struggling with diet. I had cake and chocolate milk. Yes I had dairy and wheat and sugar. Not a slice, half the fucking thing. Went strait in the trash the next morning but fuck I am having a hard time with diet this last two weeks. I have not lost any weight but have stalled out. 200-205 seems to be all I am going to get this cycle.

I am also burning out on my two a days. Without the 400mg a week deca I don’t have the same level of intensity. I get really tired around 4 pm.

Also my shoulder and elbows are anoyong but manageable. That was the reason I used deca in the first place and not it’s clear it was the reason I had no joint pain. I still don’t know if it prevents further injury or just masks the pain.

Hoping to get back some intensity the rest of the week by staying on my diet and keeping with 25mg test suspension pre workout.

I doubt anyone is reading this since I have asked several questions but I also get this log is crap and not worth reading. So I may just stop and ask questions in separate threads.
 
Another week and this will be the first missed day in the gym in 6 months!

Today is back day and since I am at home and we heat the house with firewood..... Todays back workout will be with a splitting mall. More of a full body core workout but whatever.

I am still dancing between 200-210 lbs. I am not really trying to get any bigger than this as it will just be more water and fat.

Took my last test e shot this morning. Switching to test p ed for the last 4 weeks.

I backed off once again to 1 mg eod with my letrozol and I have more energy. That shit is powerful and on it I have had no issues other than energy loss. The letrozol is transformixpeptides and may be over dosed.

I got some Clen and and am hoping it will help with fat loss/depositing in the last 4 weeks.

Once I am through with pct I will start a serious cutt down to 175 or 180.
 
I see your shoulders are hurting.

I have found for me being 51, lighter weights and higher reps seem to be much better for my shoulders.

Are you lifting light or heavy?
 
Light for shoulders most of the time. Drop sets only on heavy shoulder days to keep the number of heavy reps down. And only one heavy drop set that day.

I have found my shoulders need little weight and lots of volume to grow so that has been a plus.
 
Judging by your pictures your build is similar to mine, your endo/meso.

Many guys with our body type ARE ABLE to make size easy but getting lean is a challenge.

Have you ever tried dropping carbs to just enough to keep you going and upping your protein?

You may find that it works very well for you. Don't be afraid of losing size.

With the gear and high protein you may find that you can drop BF and keep your size easier than you think.

If your shoulders hurt, drop the weight or you may suffer long term injury.

After changing my diet on 200 ml of test for 4 months, nothing else but lowering carbs and eating cleaner.

I know I'm not the model of fitness but there is a difference in 4 months time.

That is a considerable difference.

Actually I loose weight fast, the hard part will be not loosing muscle at the same time. I generally respond well to low carb diets so we shal see. I get down to 12-15 percent body fat then it gets hard.
 
I don’t plan to start cutting down until after my pct. I do plan to cut carbs and calories this last month to drop a few pounds of fat but I want to finish this cycle at around 200lbs.

I am still battling a pinch in my right trap. It is better with weekly chiropractic work and deep tissue massage. I am starting to wonder if the numb fingers on that hand are a pinched nerve and not hgh sides.

I am traveling Tuesday so I will get at it early then hit the road.

I should not have to travel again until after I am on pct.

Edit: I am also an older lifter.

I'm not sure what your shoulder injuries are but with my shoulders I had to completely give up all flat bench work and do only incline chest exercises. This change happened about 15 years ago and I am glad I did it. The upper chest is harder to stimulate so almost all of my chest exercises are stimulating this portion of the chest at every workout. I also quit doing shoulder exercises years ago since they hurt me. The stimulation of the shoulders has also been taken care of by the incline work on the chest since the shoulders are much more involved in inclined lifting. I've still been able to decline some but I am careful not to get to involved with decline so that I don't hurt my shoulders to the point that I have to take time off of my total chest routine for healing.

In this picture it’s a level 2 and I have had a clavical resection(they cut the end of the collar bone off) to avoid the collar bone rubbing against the shoulder blade and the end of the collar bone.
 
Switched to test p this week. Honestly test e 250mg/ml left more post injection soreness than the 450mg/ml did. Neither messed with my workouts so it’s only a foot note and was not an issue. So far the test p is pretty smooth with no soreness. I also dropped the dose from 800mg/week to 420mg/week, 60mg ed, so I don’t create a huge spike with this shorter easter.

I have been using the same two spots in my quads for all injections throughout this cycle. I have yet to get a lump or anything more than some minimal soreness with my injections. Nothing I can feel during a workout. I have added two new locations along the lateral thigh so I can rotate ed and only get the same spot once every 5 days. I use a 25gauge by 5/8” needle for the side of the thigh. There is almost no fat there and I have had no issues in the past with this location and other injectable compounds. I also use this location for water based test suspension injections.

I will stay on the test p for at least 21 days, then give it a week to clear and start pct. I should be 8 weeks from my last deca injection and at least 28 days from my last test e shot, so let’s hope for a swift test recovery.

So far both my shoulders have gotten pretty sore but not anything like before. So I am hopeful I will be able to continue my program without the deca. I do take anti-inflammatories pre workout but not much.

Pretty happy with the cycle. Unfortunatly my expectations were a bit to high and I will cycle again later in 2018 to see if I can achieve my goals. Next time I plan to start at a lower body fat content.
 
Beginning of my cycle I was 175lbs 15% body fat measured.

Week 8 195lbs 20% body fat.

Fat mass at start of cycle: 26.25 lbs
Fat mass on week 8: 39 lbs

I'm not the type to bash someone but you gained 12.75 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs total, meaning 64% of your "gains" were body fat. I really think you need to either pct or cruise while you get your diet in check. It seems the guys above gave some great advice so I'd continue reading and try again, maybe without insult next time.
 
My diet was good enough. I think you forget about the water weight. I don’t lean bulk. My body does not work that way. I doubt I gained 12.75 lbs fat since my waist measurement got 1/2” smaller and my gut stayed the same.
However I did gain inches in every muscle group. My target area, my shoulders gained 5.5 inches so far. Once I come off and finish pct I will loose the water and start the slow process of fat loss.

And I gained more fat since stopping Slin. I feel this was because I was more careful while on it and was only doing 8 iu post workout.

Good point, I usually don't retain much water at all so that was an oversight on my part. I haven't used insulin either though so it will be interesting to see stats after the cycle.
