No donations needed for this guys. I just asked any MESO member I send off a sample to be tested that they get biological testing done. GH serum and IGF-1 levels.

This type of info is CRITICAL in forming any conclusions about the quality of generic GH, compared to Ph grade.

Bc each lab uses those techniques and/or assays which are most compatible with THEIR IGF reference ranges, I would highly recommend you and others follow the protocol provided by the lab being used.


Incidentally I wouldn't even bother with GH testing unless it's included "bundled" with IGF at no additional charge!

My grey top source tells me they are made in a gmp facility. I'm finding it hard to swallow, but he swears it. All serums I see are between 20-30ng/ml. I really want to see what the impurity percentage comes out to be. A gmp facility should produce under 4% I believe, but based on all the testing going on it doesn't look good for 'generic' hgh. Although last year I had some black tops that tested as pharma grade, so I guess anything is possible.

Actually if I recall correctly those results were based on a PEP (protein electrophoresis) and HPLC mate.

A PEP can provide a MW estimate with a margin of error of about 1000 Dalton's compared to a MALDI which has a MOE of roughly 20 Dalton's.

So PEPs are great for GH screening but when the MW are as close as the more recent generic assays, a PAGE should probably be omitted and MS used on it's stead, IME.

The difference a MS is about $100 to $200 more expensive.

Should the lab still have that sample we could run a MS on it, if you like?

Thanks to MANDS the lab will begin processing several "new" samples including Grey Tops during the later part of this coming week.

I mean the guy has literally busted his ass ensuring the samples are those of INDIVIDUAL buyers and as such would be much less likely to be "spiked" with Ph grade GH

He has also done a fantastic job ensuring the name of the involved lab, it's mailing details, and the identity of it's associates remain strictly confidential.

Patience brotha. This is the fastest quantitative testing I've ever seen in the UG. Not that I've seen much but these guys r Rollin thru samples. Excited myself...

@Dr JIM you may have answered this already. Is the setup capable of testing any peptide? Cjc DAC is what I have in mind. Consistency and quality has varied greatly for me. I would also be able to perform neccesary biological assays (IGF) to complete data
