All right just ran out of NPP so that front load went a little fast> Recovered nicely from the weekends cardio. Shoulders feel good after yesterdays chest workout. Going to hit the back and do some legs today. I am dropping BF I can tell struggling weight sitting right at 256 lbs for a few days. IDK I am getting faster and a lighter on my feet. I am bigger and faster then this guy though......lol!1 Just thought I share what a bigger footballer looks like on the pitch. This guy has played at the top levels in the world.
They have him listed at 5' 11" and 190 lbs. I dont think he is 190 lbs.That is by far the biggest soccer player I have seen in a while.
I am not necessarily trying to be anabolic. I will be in this in between universe of pushing my body pretty far with out too much muscle waste. I like small doses it affords me room to tinker.You know @Voltrader iam not sure what the lowest dose you can get away with for a higher rbc count, I ran it at 600mg a week but iam sure if you can get better product you m7ght be able to get away with a low dose. Why do you want to run such a low dose?

2 chicken breast and Chobani with pineapple post workout.
1 Plain greek yogurt
1 non soy plant based protein shake w/Tsp 100% Cacao, 1 Tbsp Almond butter, 1/2 cup blackberries.
Double Turkey burger with 2 slices of swiss on 100% Whole Wheat and a fried egg on top
1 cup cottage cheese.
3lbs off the scale this morning.
I switched off the whey the plant protein seems to digest better and no bloat. The biggest ingredient is hemp protein.Wow, that all sounds goood! Kind of a post modern hippie diet.![]()
I've been using hemp, brown rice and more recently the green pea for years. The hemp sometimes messes with my stomach, but still does a great job. Let's start this discussion.....Does Gh shut down Natural production? From what I understand is it can have a negative feedback loop for 4 hours. So exogenous intake of Gh less then 4 hours before an endogenous release of Gh will blunt that that pulse. That is why we don't take before bed. We will get a pulse during REM.
Ok now to fasting studies have show somewhere between 16-24 hours after one's last intake of food that the body will produce another pulse or spike in natural production. This comes from your body lack of insulin response therefore after a certain period of time your body releases a pulse to send your body into fat burning mode for fuel and not catabolic it is actually telling your body to preserve that muscle.
So my typical fast is 7 p.m. - 1 p.m. 18 hours. My thoughts are this I get my first pulse during sleep at night while I am in REM. Then I administer another shot of Gh between 3-6. Now my 16-18 hour window of fasting is 11-1 from what I have read after I was trying to figure out why things seemed to be working so good. I should be receiving another pulse there at that time. It is conceivable that I am getting a bonus pulse plus my exogenous shot. There fore having some pretty nice spikes through out my fast forcing my body into a fat burning/muscle preserving machine. I also workout between 11-1 too. This is just something I thought about and have gone back and read some studies I thought I seen somewhere. I will continue focusing and logging this progress.
