MARCUS Test E Cycle Log/Spetz Gear

Your experience with the PIP has been mine as well. Seems like it is more than it should be, but then all I have to compare it to is the Watson test c where the PIP was nearly nonexistent.
 
Ya, feels the same way it felt on my first cycle at the beginning. Part of it is the way I'm hittin the muscle and my own hand's steadiness and stuff, second pin was already better than first so I'm sure it'll just get better. Doubtful non-existent, but better.
 
Alright alright, 10 days in and not too many effects from the test yet. Increase in appetite for sure, which is nice when I'm lookin for 400+ grams of protein, 300+ being from food. So hopefully by next week I'll start to feel the beginning effects.

Food intake is remaining upwards around 4,000 cals a day with 400+ grams of protein. All clean sources. Wife and I went out to dinner last night so I had kinda cheat meal because this place was way to bomb to pass up. Unfortunately on the sex side, I'm lagging cuz my wife seems lazy as fuckkkk right now. But she put our son to sleep an hour ago and said she was gonna get back up, soooo maybe tonight. Lame I even have to say that. Sec is suppose to be mandatory when u get married, but nope. Ha!

Had a great workout yesterday, full body circuit. Deads, squats, dumbbell bench flat and incline, standing barbell and seated dumbbell overhead, bent over barbell rows, angled leg press, pull ups and dips. Felt great and today was just cardio... 10 min jump rope, 20 min on treadmill. Hopefully I'll have a better update when the test kicks in. I'll update with numbers on my lifts in 2 weeks too. Ill keep up with this Marcus! I am going to try his Test E as well for my first cycle. You are only on your second shot so you should see results hopefully in your 8th shot about four weeks maybe?
 
Iam on almost same cycle 4weeks dbol 40 mg kickstarts plus 12 weeks 500mg test e. Second week now. Dbol from balkan pharma tst.e unigen life science. Already felling dbol kicking hard

I actually just did my 4th shot tonight. Feeling good :)

Had a great leg workout yesterday... Back squats, pistol squats, lunges, leg press, hack squat, leg extension, leg curls, and standing and seated calf raises

Killed shoulders today as well. Seated dumbbell press, standing barbell press, shoulder press machine, side lateral raises, rear lateral raises, dumbbell shrugs, cable upright row to failure, cable lateral raises to failure, and cable forward raises to failure

My appetite cannot be suppressed. I'm ALWAYS hungry now anddddd my wife and I had sex finally for the first time in like maybe 2 weeks... That can't happen again, but I swear I've said that so many times before. Haha, have a goodnight y'all
 
Alright, hadn't weighed myself in a few days cuz I had to go back outta town and I hate using someone else's scale, but up about 5 lbs.

Killed chest/tris yesterday, flat bench dumbbell press and flys, incline barbell press and dumbbell flys, decline dumbbell press and flys, machine press to failure, cable flys to failure, ez bar skull crusher, dumbbell tricep extension, cable push down to failure
 
My E2 seems in check, no symptoms of high or low (obviously won't know without bloods in 3ish weeks for sure), but I'm noticing more bloat than I'd like, even though it could just be the test, I'd like to counteract it by dropping carbs to 300/day and adding some healthy fats in, as I'm not eating any nuts right now. Just getting my fats as a bi-product from the rest of what I eat really...

My question is about how it might affect my lipid profile, fats right now are at about 80g/day, so to make up the carb difference it would be essentially 44g roughly of fat per day. I could drop my cals slightly, and maybe add 35ish grams of fat, just wondering what everyone thinks about this change on cycle in regards to lipid profile and anything else that might come up

No, but it's from the same stash that I've used to rid gyno symptoms on previous cycle so I'm pretty sure it's legit, while I'm not 100% that it's dosed right, I know it's legit... Puffy sore nips went away in a few days, it's arimidex btw.
I actually started having sore nips on this cycle (gyno prone especially at 17/18%BF) when I was taking .25mg/EOD and bumped it to .5/EOD and after a couple days, been fine since
 
good deal yea I read you were running adex .5EOD but that's good your symptoms respond to it. I was wondering if it's underdosed if you should try a low daily dose before you start tinkering with your diet. It seems like every cycle my adex dose is just starting from scratch....I have to dial it in everytime like it's my first
 
That's what I feel, I'm at .5 EOD... It could totally be underdosed, I was thinkin bout that the other day and since it's research, it'd be easy to suck up .75ml (being that it's 1mg/ml) in to the oral syringe and run that for 6 days EOD and see how I feel. Maybe that would help with the bloat. Just don't wanna crash my E2
 
depends what you're looking for. I've run 750mg sust and adex at .5 EOD or E3D even, carried a little water but the strength gains and weight came on quick. I've also ran 700mg prop and adex @ 1mg ED, dry but I sacrificed a little strength I think, seems that way anyways. I've never crashed it so bad that I felt worse longer than a day, just a little stiff and maybe lethargic in the morning. Gotta just be really in tune with your body but you will have bloods soon
 
Yes true true... Hmmmm, and what's ur opinion on upping fat intake (obviously healthy fats) on cycle and it's effects on the body? I usually try to keep fats generally as low as possible, should I mess around with the Adex first?
 
I myself would tinker with my adex dosage and see if I saw the results I was looking for in a few days before I re-evaluated my entire macros.

Man I've come leaps and bounds on my diet with help from guys around here but I'm the wrong guy to ask. I usually stick with high protein, high to moderate fat, and lower carb because I'm an easy gainer. Cutting is a bitch for me because growing up I learned how to just drop quick to make weight and then throw it back on the next day. Even this winter on my bulk I will likely still cut carbs early in the day and preload before my heavy leg days and such. You should try to get with OGH and see if he's willing to help you dial it in, that dude has been more years cycling that I've been on this earth lol
 
Hahaha, for sure... My diet sounds about the same cuz I usually gain easily. High protein, moderate fat and lower carbs. The ONLY time I utilize high carbs and low fats is on cycle. That's the only reason I ask. I honestly don't like it, cuz it's super counter-intuitive for me, and eating 2 tablespoons of peanut butter is easier than eating a big potato. Ha
