Masteron vs primo, to get really lean

My goal is get really lean, something Like 8- 10% bodyfat. I’d estimate I’m currently around 18-19%. I know masteron is really quite good for cutting, but my question is am I better off buying primo, so I have some for my next bulk blast, or is mast really that much better at getting you dry, shredded and vascular?
 
They don't get you shredded

And they're both non aromatizing, so take your pick...but at 19% body fat you won't see the difference anyway

Because you're starting from such a high BF, I'd just use simple test while you cut. Then, later, when you're leaner, run another cycle with your dry dhts.

I don’t want to run any type of drop , a or s. I need to give the liver a break and can’t run harsh orals. Not worried about pip either. Do you have any opinion of my question? Also yes, caloric deficit is responsible for the vast majority.

You need to get the hypocaloricdrol

Its naturally created when you take in less calories than your body burns

Ok thanks for the clarification. Like I said above, no androgens will out work diet. Caloric deficit is the most important. But with androgens, you can push the caloric deficit further, whilst maintaining muscle and strength, i also know masteron is not a drug that’s gonna make me crazy strong or have the anti catabolism of tren.

So this is my take.

IDK how big you are but most of the time when peopel ask these questions they arent.

high dosed anabolics arent as necessary as people think they are for cutting.

Yes it can help with a recomp, but MOST OF US that post here can do fine on Test 200/wk.

Maybe it would be beneficial sub 10-12 percent.

I love Masteron personally, do I think its necessary or make be a game changer? Especially at your BF?

I’m completely aware that you don’t need heavy androgens in a cut, I’m doing 250 test and 37.5 var right now. That’s probably enough, I just want to get dry, but it takes time and I shouldn’t rush it

I know it sucks to think about, because I am a forever fatty(Regardless of how lean I can get). I would rather be as dry as possible

But if you are 15%+ dryness wont matter. just keep at it brother,

Your choice of compounds are good, personally I would drop var to 25.

I’m gonna keep prioritizing the caloric deficit. What would you recommend for duration of anavar? I am thinking 4 weeks, but maybe 6-8 even.

I would say lesser the dose, the longer you can run.


Shit, I would even say stop it until you are sub 13-14%

"Dry" at 19% bf means absolutely nothing. There's no such thing as a dry 19%

I'm 6' tall, 235-240 lean, and have been training for over a decade. Never go above like 13-14ish% bf in the offseason.

I do my non-context cutting/health phases with only my trt. I don't lose any muscle.

Any casual user, going into a casual cut, doesn't need anything more than trt for a diet phase. Anything more than that is mostly just going to waste.

You could. But as @BigTomJ it really isn't necessary. 250 of test will go a long way while cutting for someone who isn't considered large and lean in the bodybuilding world.

A regular TRT guy could l do nearly a crash diet and probably retain all of his muscle until 12 percent body fat(maybe even less)


When you are natty it your test levels drop the leaner you get.


People have this idea they lose muscle from glycogen depletion from dieting.(or even get off cycle).
