150 mg/week Test Cyp (walk around like this year round for the most part). I notice a couple % swing in BF with seasons if I keep everything else the same. I am shaking my head at all these extra drugs being touted. The OP never shared what FFMI he wanted with his 8% BF did he?

Full disclosure...Did two smallish "cycles" of nandrolone and oxandrolone 4 years ago. Was off test part of last year due to heart scare.

Started back up at 60 mg/week and ramped up from there. Mean weekly dosage was probably 140 mg/week for the 6 months leading up to this pic.



Not wider than Heath unfortunately so feel free to let me have it. Just hate seeing all these drugs (hammer) being thrown at a problem that involves a screw (bf level). Does the OP need an FFMI of 32 with his 8% BF? That's what the AAS support. Higher FFMI at very low BF. Please qualify ffmi or bettter yet post a pic when talking BF and AAS requirements.

Recently upped to 200 mg/week Test Cyp to "walk on the wild side" haha.

And curse that lower back and waist SC fat. Guess the only thing to do is suck it out for us genetic non-elite.



I'd still have 8% bodyfat with just the waist fat and everything else gone.

You competitive BBers are some amazing specimens.
