Masteron vs primo, to get really lean

In six days it will have been a month since you created this thread. What have you done, and how many pounds have you lost?
25 var 250 test. Stopped the var today. I will start masteron soon after cruising for a few weeks. Progress has been absolutely insane, insane vascularity and pumps. My diet has been 2100 most days and 3000+ once a week. I’d say I have made mind blowing progress in this short amount of time. I’d definitely say I’m 15-16% bf now

I hope you took a "before" pic. Keep at it, and stop in to update us once in a while. How many pounds did you lose to get down to 16%?
 
You don't need single digit body fat do receive benefits from Masteron.

I think most lean for Primo, but due to shedding many opt for Masteron.

If price and your hairline are not an issue. Go for Primo. Otherwise go for Masteron.
 
I’m gonna keep prioritizing the caloric deficit. What would you recommend for duration of anavar? I am thinking 4 weeks, but maybe 6-8 even.
Stop var for now. Wait until you are about 9% and you will see a much more drastic effect. Your bodyfat is too high to see any contribution of var except maybe a bit more vascular.

Welcome to anavar use. It's my favorite AAS for a reason. The pumps, strength, and muscle sparing effects (during a caloric deficit) are amazing. Simply using 25mg daily is fun, although high doses generally give me anxiety, unbearably painful pumps, and extreme nosebleeds that don't want to end.

Stop var for now. Wait until you are about 9% and you will see a much more drastic effect. Your bodyfat is too high to see any contribution of var except maybe a bit more vascular.

This isn't true for anavar. Something like primo? Sure, but only because its unique effect on the appearance of the muscle requires low bodyfat to be visible. Even then, I don't really notice primo's cosmetic effects until week 8 or so, and the longer the better, in terms of cycle length. Because of the ramping effect, I generally prefer lower dosages of primo that last a longer period of time.

Anavar offers great strength gains and the best muscle sparing effects of any AAS outside of tren. Even at low doses, anavar is excellent during a cut. Any AAS has a positive effect on nutrient partitioning, but Anavar's interaction with glucocorticoid receptors is only rivalled by tren. Hell, even during a bulk, I enjoy anavar for the strength, ease on the hairline (at least for me, although DHT's can vary massively per individual in this regard), and incredible nutrient partitioning. Further, it's extremely anabolic mg for mg, anavar's biggest problem is the side effects vs cycle length once you get into the higher doses. Most experienced guys can easily handle 1g per week of test, but would tap out at 120mg per day of anavar.

And orals should be reserved for pre contest use anyways unless you are hell bent on blowing out your kidneys and liver. I’d say a bit of moderation and focus on diet is better for longevity and staying out of the obituary.

Is this true? I guess I could see a bit more noticeable effects at lower body fat, but I didn't think Anavar was like winni where you really need to be under 10 percent to see it shine..

It def seems to bring out a dryness and micro-vascularity at 11-12% and lower bodyfat for me. Forearm, bicep, and tricep vascularity "pops" more and striations look deeper almost like you hit the right lighting or you have a constant mild pump

Var usually doesn’t come into play until about 4-6 weeks out from contest which you should be beloe double digits in body fat. That’s for bodybuilding at least

My resume would speak for itself. I have a procard to prove it. Not trying to be that guy right now but I’ve never had a coach recommend var at those levels. I’ve never known any fellow competitors to use var at those levels and there are plenty of reasons why it shouldn’t be. Your nosebleeds was trying to tell you that.

Caloric deficit. Replacement androgens is more than sufficient to keep muscle atrophy low. Increased androgens is a complete waste outside of a bb prep

I will consider it but not likely TBH… i love giving my input and don’t really want to be identified. I think it’s somewhat of an unnecessary risk of exposure. That’s why i love this forum. I can maintain my anonymity while offering sound advice from experience of my own and others that have been there and done that with the proper knowledge.

I believe many people take var off season but why? If you are running a test base and have decent nutrition and recovery then muscle waisting shouldn’t be an issue so why take it off season?? It effects are definitely more pronounced when your BF is lower. Coahes are always a good idea for competitors because they see what we can’t. We all have body dysmorphia and can’t see what’s really happening so coaches usually control diet and supplement list. As far as tren goes, tren is not for me. For some reason it makes me feel weak and i struggle with weights that i normally have no issues with. It makes me retain water, gyno. I use it in very low doses pre contest. Like 25 mg eod. Otherwise I don’t like it

How do your lipids enjoy oxandrolone? What does your trig/hdl-c ratio vs dose response look like?
