Meditrope HGH log (Mauve tops, Yellow tops, etc)

Those are my thoughts exactly, i doubt a fragment would have the same exact pharmacokinetic profile as pharma HGH. ( Going by the data/charts/graphs in the studies ) but i feel it would be more likely to pop as HGH in a test. That's why a good GH serum results give me confidence, and as a preliminary test, it can't be beat.

There is very little change in serum IGF-1 levels immediately after injection. It takes 4 weeks of HGH injections for IGF-1 levels to reach close to as high as they will get on that particular kit and dose of HGH.

4 weeks is the ideal time to test IGF-1, i like to wait 6 weeks if i've already been taking HGH because the IGF-1 increase can last a few weeks even after you discontinue the HGH. The GH serum test is awesome because you don't have to wait at all, and can test it as soon as you get it and have results within 1-3 days.

On my growth thread I started pulling week 2 and every week after that for 12 weeks straight

I did notice on 5iu pinned morning my highest was week 2 then leveled out week 4 so I agree on the 4 week mark for sure. After week 6 I started 2.5 am 2.5 pm and noticed a considerably higher igf number through the coarse of 6 weeks with the highest at 707.

Have you ever tested Pinning IM daily and tested igf? I know the absorption will be faster but I have never seen testing on this in our world.

If anyone is unsure

Always split your hgh dose for best effects

They studied the same dose in one vs split, the split dose gave a bump of 70 points on igf

Metabolic effects of growth hormone administered subcutaneously once or twice daily to growth hormone deficient adults. - PubMed - NCBI

CONCLUSIONS:
Twice-daily GH injections, apart from producing a more physiological serum GH profile, were superior to one injection in increasing serum IGF-I and decreasing IGFBP-1 levels. Both of these changes tend to amplify the effects of the administered GH. Twice-daily injections, however, resulted in lower night-time levels of lipid intermediates.

Is that a fact?

Ive actually been putting off going on holiday because i dont want to drop my igf levels back to basline and have to start all over again

If they stay elevated for over a week then this will be good news for me

Correct, more frequent injections can lead to higher IGF-1 levels. The trade off is convenience, for more bang for your buck x 2 daily, but once daily is as far as i go with that myself.

I base everything i say on studies or my own observations/experiences.

Do you have studies which show how long igf stays elevated for after stopping hgh?

Good stuff here. Learned 2 weeks will work but 4 is optimal for run time before igf1 bloods. I knew twice daily injections were better than one, but others probably didn't know.

Never heard of elevated igf1 for that long. Need to see studies.

Nope, that's based on anecdotes. I can find find studies for it, but i won't.

You can find studies? Where?

I can't see any

And I've never heard of igf staying elevated for weeks after your last injection, I've actually heard the opposite, you return to baseline quite quickly

There are a tons of studies on HGH/IGF-1 etc spanning all the way back to the 80s. Use Google Scholar. You need to download the PDF to get to the data and charts. Lots of studies on the pharmacokinetics, IGF-1 response etc.

There's one study where they tested IGF-1 increase every single week for as long as 6 months.

I base this on myself and others labs. Usually, when something takes a while to increase, it will also not decrease so quickly. (In this case IGF-1) It takes 4 weeks to reach max but missing a few injections brings you back to baseline? Makes zero sense. Genomic effects take a while to kick in, that's why we don't see results or "feel" AAS for at least 3-4 weeks, the so called "kick in" time. Non-genomic effects are rapid and felt right away. (Like caffeine)

This isn’t BOP or ProM. We’re not just gonna take the new guys word for it.

Quite frankly this seems ridiculous. You say everything you say is based on your own experience but can’t prove your claims with bloodwork?

Again, I tested at just 13 days and had great IGF-1 numbers that I’m certain were very close to max numbers.

I've tested igf1 a week after starting and had 100 per iu increase. You're tripping that it takes four weeks to build.

I couldn't care less. I'm not here to impress you buddy. Thanks for dropping by.

Thank you brother

No, thank you for dropping by and spewing your bullshit. One second it’s “Im all knowledgeable and most of it is based on my own research”, but when you get asked to prove a ridiculous statement you made you get real dumb real quick with your “I could tell you but I won’t.” o_O

I really am delighted you stopped by as you spew this shit on other boards but members can’t call you out over there as they would get banned. Please continue..

Whatever you say juicehead. ;)

Also I was at the highest at 2 weeks in after starting on 5iu pinned morning.

So no it is in your system we’ll before the 4 weeks but needs time to level out from what my bloodwork showed
