Meso challange thread! (A must read or you lose all gainz)

I used to be the same way dude... I threw dairy completely outta my diet for a few months. Only exception was Greek yogurt. Added milk back in and was fine... Then added cheese in small amounts.. Still fine. Was like I grew out of it or something. Hope the same happens for you bro.
Mine has become worse over time lol! I used to get a little sick, no a bit of even yogurt and I'm dying!
 
Part 3-

1 smoothie just like the breakfast one, no picture :(- 460c, 50p
1 Lenny & Larry complete cookie pre workout- 360c, 16p
1 complete cookie post workout- 360c, 16p
1 shake + oats post workout- 605c, 50p
1 giant order of sesame chicken (had to do steamed, post insulin) + 2 cups rice (basing it off of teriyaki chicken nutrition)- 920 cal, 104p
1 giant order of fried orange chicken + 2 cups rice- 1900c, 69p
1/4 cup all natty PB before bed- 400c, 14p


okay, so for this part we're at- 5005c I believe, and 319p

Total 'em all up- 10205c, 669p. So, I think I did it. Again, a lot of these were guesses but I definitely think I got it or was close. I will never want to do this again.... I've taken a ton of digestive enzymes, herbal laxatives and Metamucil to help me through this. I was EXHAUSTED at the gym... I'm actually shocked I did it, I thought for sure I didn't have enough. To eat this amount of food CLEAN would be just insane.

Yeah they can get away with this sort of BS in Canada since they have socialized medicine! We have to pay for our insurance ;)
