I just read on Wikipedia (which is always true) that theyre combining a bunch of books into the movie, but theres a tv series that will come after and the movie folks are signed on.

Just watched a movie called Coherence. Pretty good. Low budget Sci Fi. Great story.
Watched Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on Sunday. Pretty bad ass. Want to go see it again already. Had some good emotional stuff to the story. Not your typical Marvel movie, not that there's anything wrong with that. Drax and Rocket kept the the laughs flowing.
It's going to be a good movie season. Starting with last weekend all the way through July. August looks like crap though.

I dont know about him, I liked the movies though. Mostly because it wasnt weighed down by a love story.

I can't watch them, just can't bring myself to do it. Jack Reacher the character is supposed to be 6'5 to 6'6 and 250 to 260lbs of badass. Tom Cruise not so much. I will say that since he's gotten a few movies made that Lee Child the author seems to have lost his edge with the story writing since the first movie came out. The last 3ish books have been OK at best :-/

I guess Im lucky I never read the books. My dad did though and he complains about it. Its rough when you have a connection to a book and a film is bad. The hardest part is everyone visions books differently. With the Dark Tower the people I pictured in my head were completely different than others. I guess I have about 6 weeks until its ruined for me.

PowerRangers wasnt bad. I used to have to watch the show babysitting my brother and it was super corny. Movie wasnt like that.
Alien Covenant sucked. Pure disappointment...

Here's whats funny about alien covenant, it is a prequel to alien, yet they have technology so far above anything shown in Alien. Alien had green type computers with buttons and covenant and prometheus have touch screen and holograms...
