Minimising water retention

Hey guys, okay I know that water retention is something that you’re just gonna have to deal with sometimes but is there a way to minimise it on high test dosages? Didn’t even notice till now but I had the biggest moon face on my last cycle. Was looking at photos of my face and comparing it to now and my gawd lol. I know low sodium helps. Any other ways?
 
Nutrition, if your diet is not clean or your E2 is too high. How high was your E2 during your Moonface period? :p
 
AI, low dose hctz 12.5mg daily can work very well. Make sure you're magnesium is adequate if using hctz. Also 1.5 gallons of water a day can be a great tool.
 
Depends on your cycle. Add compounds that don't raise e2. Mast or primo works slow but steady.

If you are looking to maximize gains fast, that's a whole different animal.
 
I assume you're bulking if you're doing a high-ish test dose? Carb cycling could help reduce retention

I'd incorporate more cardio, specifically fasted cardio if possible, and raise your water intake dramatically while minimizing sodium and saturated fat foods

Masteron, primo, or proviron could even help pull some water and reduce retention (primo even works to counter e2)

And the more obvious answer is that an AI would help significantly reduce the moon face look.

Lowering bf% helps as well

My next cycle I’m planning be doing 1g test only. Imma take all the advice I hope I don’t become that moony lmao
