Alright so Day 2 I dosed them together this morning about to take my ECA stack and commence to killing shoulders. The MK-677 was first since it's the bad one and the Ostarine being after actually simmered my taste buds.

I slept normal. My boyfriend had a hard time sleeping so I woke up a bunch since he was tossing and turning but I did seem to fall back to sleep quicker. Perchance I'm being over sensitive to what's going on (placebo effect anyone?) Or perhaps I was actually falling into sleep faster. I did wake up today quicker than normal. No grogginess or drowsiness to report.

Around 10p last night (more or less 12 hours after dosing) I had a dull headache and I woke up with one this morning kind of but it's very light and I'm almost 400% sure it's from dehydration + boyfriend and not related to the MK-677 or Osta. If it continues I'll let you all know.


Now, to the gym with me. By the way, are there supposed to be any sexual sides from Osta?! Interesting occurrence happened last night and I was just wondering if it was all in my head or was a real side.

Headache was definitely dehydration.

During shoulder workout I had a lot of energy. Decreased rest time than typically needed and got a great pump easily.

Hunger issues are real. Not unmanageable because ECA stack takes literally all of my appetite, but definitely a change.

Day 3: nothing to report thats new. Starting Cardarine (GW-501516) at the end of the week to help with recomp goals. Fun times. No headache so that confirms yesterday was me being dehydrated. The hunger is a beast even with the ECA stack.

Nothing new with sleep. Everything is stable. My boyfriend is a tossing and turning mess, and I am consequently being woken. So who knows if it'll help with sleep.

Just curious as to your goals, training, diet preferences, etc. I like to hear all this stuff from other ladies who are serious enough to enter into the world of PEDs. :)
 
I like muscles!!! Haha but like most of us I can drop some bf%, so because I can stack muscle mass on crazy quick I'm trying to focus on bf% drop. ECA stack made me so unhungry I was eating up too much muscle for my liking so I'm giving the non-AAS world a swirl while I wait on my actual cycle to get in. I'm wild tall so I can get to looking stringy in the arms and shoulders quick when im "cutting" and I hate that, so I suppose this is recomp. I go for more the WPD --> FBB look than the bikini or figure if that makes any sense so I'm trying to maintain a great deal of my mass and drop BF so as to make that mass more massive :) Macros sitting at around P 225 C 195 F 50 I say around bc I am really quick to tinker with those if I'm feeling funky and I tend to inadvertently carb cycle.. I haven't been hitting them the last 10 days bc ECA but I shall hit them today bc MKs makes me hungry as hell. I train 5-6 days a week. legs get two days as I split quads and hams and some weeks training arms seems silly.

I had a tkr 5 months ago so my squat life is slowing returning but I have a more power building approach I guess. Idk.

That's it I suppose!!! :) it is interesting learning of the ladies different backgrounds and interests once they decide to take the jump

In other news. Today was back so I started with deads 5 x 5 and I'm up to 275# easy. I am definitely seeing the effect on my intra-workout recovery as I was barely resting a minute between sets I normally take 2-3 minutes between and my supersets were getting sped thru. I do not see any difference in post-workout recovery as I'm still sorer than sh! but good lawwwwd that recovery within the workout was legit!

I have run a few Anavar cycles before FYI

Running Ostarine and MK 677 after a ton of research for a recomp but mainly to maintain muscle or add while I eat on super deficit.

also on week 2 (day 12) of an ECA stack

Running 10mg ED of the MK-2866 in the AM
and 10mg ED of the MK-677 pre-bedtime for 8 weeks

-- if anyone has experience to share with these compounds feel free to share, I may try dosing together as well!!

Still day 3 -- the hunger is weird. It's like I'm hungry and full from ECA stack. I ate a protein heavy post workout meal (around 11 or noon), couldn't finish it bc I was full and now I'm feeling hunger again (2p)

Like I said not unbearable but I underestimated the hunger that all the fellas reported. Goodness.

The waves of feels is interesting from the MK-677. Been reading more literature on dosing protocol and see a ton of recommendations for 5 days on 2 days off as a sort of reset with insulin sensitivity and the total GH or IGF (can't remember which) levels are actually highest at day 5.

Interesting. Haven't decided to dose that way but a possible redesign.

Day 4:
Had a massive argument with my fella last night and I only took in 800 calories 73p 36c 25f bc yeah, stress :(...should've been dead this morning but it just totally bummed me out for my workout, I did harness the negative vibes for some good as I did my 5 X 5 on bench for 175 which I guess is a PR and I'm almost certain I fractured my 4th metacarpal soooo :) for small victories.

Anyways no changes as of now...hunger is steady with the feeling coming every 2 to 3 hours, with the exception of last night.

Did notice I woke up bloated/softer. The MK-677 supposedly adds bloat then when you come off you get the real visual..so we shall see.

Guys are dumb BTW. :)
 
Day 6:

I dosed day 5 but nothing extraordinary to report thus far. Added GW-50156 and dropped ECA to 1 dosing a day for a week. I want to see how bad this hunger is without the appetite suppression of the ECA.
 
Day 7:

Holding some bloat/water but nothing remarkable to report. No workout today.
