MK-2866 + MK-677 Cycle Log

Day 9: feel the hunger but that's all. Have some increased endurance in the gym. Everything holding from week one. I have definitely ate below normal deficit more than my fair share and maintained muscle. That's fun.

Day 11:
Right? It's day 11.

As we were laying down last night my fella was poking around my pecs and delts and upper back and noticed my muscles are definitely harder so that's fun.

I've been eating at super deficit kind of unintentionally, so I am actually paying attention again to eating, following my IF protocol and I believe I shed some more BF%..my lack of eating stalled out my loss..but it's amazing how I'm still gaining mass.

Energy in gym has been good...I am having longer workouts and cranking out more quality reps.

Hunger. Still. There.

I've also been sleeping like a rock. I usually sleep light and at first I thought it was placebo effect but it's been continual. Not any better, just I sleep all night and only get up 1nce to pee instead of 4-6 times every time my fella moves.

Day 16:

I definitely have to recommend the 5 days on 2 days off dosage protocol. It's like starting all over again after taking the weekend off of anything. Finishing this bit of primatene out on Thursday and dropping the ECA stack. It'll be almost a month of being on it.

Anyways. Idk how I feel about the chems effectiveness. I'm definitely harder though and retaining muscle on deficit. So all is well. Benched 185# for reps today :)

Day 17.

Reps at 275# on deadlift. 225 for 2x10 and 275 for 3x5


I took in like 1100 calories yesterday. Last night my fella and I had a discussion on how I'm looking, his observations moreorless..

So, Apparently my face is thinning, back has lost any softness but it's always been peeled even when the rest of me isnt and abs are showing. I have a good hardness and increase in size and def in my quads.

So far, almost 3 weeks in. I have eaten at deficit and super deficit with days of refeed. Following a 4-8 hour feeding window (IF) and carb cycling thru flexible dieting. All easily maintained. I have not lost any muscle mass, in fact I've kept and added, but I have definitely visibly lost some fat/flab.

I should have my AAS cycle in shortly, will take a week off everything then start it. Rocking with the MKs until then.

Plus I have to keep it simple because I'm running my guys first cycle of Test P(may become Cyp if he grows weary of pins) and Mast...have to pay uber attention to him because 1st time makes me scared lol

Of all the compounds to use as a female, test is the one I'm most curious about I would say.

Also for info...never see squat numbers because they are 135# for reps right now. I had total knee replacement 5 months ago yesterday soooo, we are moving slow and steady in that department. Honestly I've never been able to squat to parallel or close, I think my quad growth is due to the small weight being moved through a new ROM. My muscles haven't engaged at these points in over a decade. Yaaaay for new metal knee!

I saw haha... Thought I'd send you in the right direction as she had a really good log going. She still pops in from time to time which is why I tagged her in case she had any pearls of wisdom.
 
Did the S4 do the funky vision thing to you?

From what I see any guy that's done gear usually is unimpressed with the SARMS but the men who A) haven't ran gear ever and B) are strictly looking for rest and easier recovery enjoy it a bit more. If I was a man I wouldn't waste much time with anything but Test and above. If you're going to spend $$ why not maximize bang for buck. But eh, who knows, I'm just a chick.
S-4 eye issues were dangerous in my opinion. Night driving was a disaster.
 
Day 19:

Had a few nights of really strange dreams/nightmares which is REALLY odd for me...
Last night that ceased.


Yesterday was last day of ECA stack so now I'm out here dealing with the hunger of the MK-677 alone and unaided. God bless my hungry soul.

20 Days. Enjoyed the MK-677 definitely and the MK-2866 kept my size while under super deficit. I dropped visibly. Muscles harder.

Miss H can you expand on weight loss, If you are aware of BF as well, curious how this would affect a friend of mine who cant afford to lose any muscle but has a little extra stubborn fat she needs to get rid of.
