Darius I believe has offered credit for cycle logs, Simec, Labmax, reviews, dick sucking, etc. since he got here. Frank doesn't offer anything for cycle logs.

@Drive23 hasn't lifted weights in years but is running a cycle. Darius asked him to do a cycle log for free gear. He also weights 160lbs at 5' 9". I called him out on it because I didn't want him to hurt himself. I also called him out on his enthusiasm for free gear from Darius. He didn't do his homework so he thought I was getting free gear from Frank for writing a cycle log. The dude is such a retard.
 
Alright, back to my cycle! Friday, I pinned 75mg Prop in my right VG. I have finally come to the conclusion that there is no good location to pin this prop. They all have pip like a bitch!! I am pinning the prop one more time from a different vial and warmed up today. If the pip is just as bad, I am stopping the prop a few days early because I have had enough. I will need to figure something out for the end of cycle though because I had planned on running the prop for last two weeks. Was thinking of either adding some GSO or picking up a different batch.

Had great workouts all weekend. Friday, back & triceps. Saturday, Biceps focused. Sunday, chest day!!! Besides the pip from the prop, everything has been good. I think I need to dial my calories back a little because I think I'm putting weight on too fast. Gaining too much fat with the muscle. And it's definitely not bloat either.

Joints are already starting to feel a little better. Looking forward to the next few weeks when the Deca is really kicking in. If there is anything else you guys want me to add in these updates, I will be happy to.

I have tried every combination to see if it helps and the pip is always just as bad. Can't even blame prop virgin muscle anymore. It's something just with the prop because the Deca and Test E are so smooth. I'm thinking cutting with more oil would be my only option for helping with the pip. I have about two and half vials left of it.

Dude next to me while I'm benching at gym is doing one hand barbell wrist curls with no weight and one end of bar on the ground. Is this even an exercise?? :confused:

Are you still talking about me, you should really think before you mention peoples names, nobody asked me to do a log, I said I was going to do one, it wasn't until reading through several threads that I found out that there's a store credit! I'm not looking for free gear and wouldn't accept it if it was offered!

You keep commenting on me, my weight, what I should be at, how I should do this and do that! My metabolism, my strength my build is something you know nothing about! And starting at a light weight, or a normal weight for myself, shouldn't be frowned upon!
The simple fact is , my body, my choice,and I've done my homework to run a small cycle! and though I may not have lifted in awhile, I am by far some lump who sits on the couch! Through work, which includes lifting, and cardio and isometrics I have a stable foundation to bulk!

Monday, pinned prop, deca, and test e in one pin left quad. Pip was slightly better with all of the other oil cutting it. Still a little sore today. Last pin of prop today and then I'm done with it for now. It's been three weeks of prop. The deca and test e should be kicking in fully this week. Workouts have been good last two days. I've been slacking on cardio due to pip soreness in my quads. Hoping to get a good leg day in on Sunday after stopping prop. Last night workout: Incline Barbell Bench, DB Row, Shrugs, Dumbell Curl Supersets, Cable Rows, Front Lat Pulldown, Pushups.

I weighted myself last night at the gym. 193.7lbs. Been keeping my adex at .5 EOD and haven't had any gyno or bloat. Going to be sending the remainder of pharmacom adex to Simec for lab testing. Want to find out once and for all if their adex is underdosed. Frank has agreed to reimburse the lab costs.

My experience was short, about a month, with their adex.... But it FELT fine to me.

For my quads, I have found warming them with a heating pad pre injection followed by a foam roller about an hour post inj. helps a ton with PIP. Do what you can to move that oil around before it goes in depot. I know the cardio hurts, but moving it around and running bloods though it well helps dissolve the crystals/move the oil around too. It sucks, but in the long run it'll help.

I hope everyone had a great holiday. Spent an arm and a leg but the kids and fiancee were happy. Everyone got pretty much everything they wanted this year.

Wed, I pinned 75mg prop to finish three weeks kickstart. No more prop until end of this cycle. Thursday, I pinned 150mg Deca and 150mg Test E. No pip from just the deca and test e.

Wed workout was shoulders. Thursday bi's and tri's. Saturday was chest day. Yesterday, I finally had a great leg day. Squats, Front Squats, Leg Press, BB Lunges, Calf Raises. HIIT cardio for 25 minutes.

I've been feeling pretty good overall. My appetite is still through the roof. Even though I am eating non-stop, I haven't noticed much increase in bf. Starting to look fuller especially in the shoulders and arms.

I had some acne on my temple area which has cleared up with prescription cream. I have been having night sweats like crazy for the last week or so. I'm thinking it's just from running the prop on top of the test e. From what I've read, it seems to have more to do with higher test levels than anything to do with the deca. I would appreciate any experience with this.

I will check my weight tonight and update tomorrow. I believe that is it for now.
