Cant believe it's been a week already since I last posted. Hope everyone had a great holiday.
The last week has been good. This last week I pinned 300 deca and 500 test e. Pinning without the prop has been nice and smooth with next to zero pip. The test e and deca are really starting to kick in. My appetite has been big, strength and motivation have been great at the gym, some night sweats and insomnia but definitely manageable, acne has been pretty clear with regular washing and topical medication. Joints are feeling pretty good. Was able to squat more comfortably last night without being bothered by knee pressure.
The only real problem I had last week was that I let my estrogen get too high for a little bit. I had backed off the adex for a few days over the Christmas weekend and my estrogen must have went through the roof. The good thing is that it didn't effect my training and may have actually helped my relationship. Feel like a got it back under control now and feeling back to normal, quite good actually.
Training has been the same routine for the most part with additional sets and I added an additional chest day so that I am now hitting it 2x per week. It is one of the areas that I am really looking to bring up over this cycle. Last night was leg day. Squats, Front Squats, Lunges, Straight Leg Deadlift, Leg Press. 20 minutes of HIIT cardio.
I feel like so far I am getting more recomp results rather than straight bulking results. Even though I am eating all the time, my body fat hasn't noticeably increased, weight has been close to the same, yet I am looking bigger and getting more looks and compliments. Trying to decide if I should stick to current calories or increase to try to put on more weight then cut toward the end as I was originally planning.
