MLB

Completely agree bud. When we saw them play the Sox at Fenway this year my daughter was wearing a Davis t-shirt.
Between innings he tossed her a ball and batting gloves.
I actually love the guy as a person. He contributes alot to his community and is a class act.
He really needs to find a solid hitting coach and sports psychologist.
Baseball is a tough fukin game. I truly believe he became his own worse enemy. Going up to the plate with zero confidence is a recipe for disaster.
I'm hoping he pulls it together for next season. With Adam Jones probably not resigning this off season Davis will be one of the few veteran players to help guide our very young team.

Like the "experts" always say, hitting is (insert high percentage here) % mental. A lot of hitting REALLY is mental, as like you said, you can just see a hitter who is lacking confidence at the plate look lost. I hate to see that for a good dude like C Davis. Ya feel bad seeing a guy struggle in front of thousands of frustrated fans game after game, when you know he REALLY does care and feels worse than anyone about it.

Again, hoping 2019 is better for him.

Yankees suffered a 16-1 massacre at the hands of the Redsox in Yankee stadium tonight.

Boston is up 2 games to 1. 1 more win and the Yankees watch the rest of the post season from their respective homes, apartments or wherever the fuck filthy rich people watch baseball at.

Broch Holt, frigging Holt, hit for the damn cycle last night. That's a MLB first in the post season

Kimbrel sucked but a win is a win. Solid defense and pitching all game and we needed it. Hats off to the Yankees, have fun golfing tomorrow.
Thought they were going to choke it away.
I think home field advantage will be huge for Boston.
Sox vs Dodgers in WS.

Classic, classy Yankees fans throwing a can of fucking beer at Kimbrel while he was coming out of the pen. Wtf?!

Worse of all, is that too many Yanks fans pride themselves on being obnoxious assholes. I realize that it is not all, or even most Yanks fans, but WAY TOO MANY of them laughing about that garbage.

Cue up the Sinatra, as you cry into your beers, before throwing them at other human beings, losers.

And lest anyone think i am not an equal opportunity stupid fan hater, i still hate every last Cubs fan that treated Steve Bartman poorly after that debacle in 2003.

And I am a Cubs fan, but what happened to that poor guy was garbage, and so were the people responsible for it!

Osuna was a full blown disaster, but respect to the Sox' job managing the pitching and DH situation perfectly. Alex really knows how to play chess.
Cora is legit. We had Bobby Valentine and John Farrell so that makes Alex seem so much better lol.

Osuna has to feel like shit. He didn't loose the game but he gave away any chance for a come back

Yeah we really miss Cora lol dude is doing a great job though.

Osuna blew it, he was rusty and terrible. I'm here right now and you could feel the air leave the park after he hit his second straight batter.

The Houston dugout stopped chanting and even looking interested after the grand slam, it's like everyone just wanted it to be over at that point.

I heard that about osuna, coming back from injury or something? Always tomorrow night dude. Houston's a serious team and will dig in hard

It's just been a couple weeks since he pitched, the way the end of the season and the Cleveland series played out he wasn't really needed.

I want to see the replay on the Holt hit, what they showed on the big screen made it look like it barely missed him, but I guess he wouldn't have gotten Alex to challenge for nothing.

And yeah tomorrow should be a battle, Morton us already on point and he turns it up in the post season.

I'll be here again lol can't miss this kind of battle!

Jealous man, wish i was at the game!! Have a blast!

Thanks man, I got some amazing seats with some business connections. Sat a little ways down from James Harden and saw Nolan Ryan getting a hotdog when I was stretching my legs, and pretty sure I saw Lance Berkman on my way out, so pretty cool overall experience despite the loss.

Just saw the replay, he definitely hit Holt in the foot, clear as day.

Nolan Fucking Ryan.

Legend.

Dude was so bad ass!

Just ask Robin Ventura who was like literally half Nolan's age when THIS happened.
