Thanks man! My bad knees and back definitely feel 45 but the rest of me still feels 30. If there are any recipes or questions you have about food please feel free to ask. I’m a walking cook book! o_O
 
Day 8 - Pip alert!
So last week sucked gimping around and what not. So I started doing something different today. Instead of pinning 1ml of DHB mixed with all the other gear I actually added another 1/2 ml of DHB and cut it with 1 1/2 ml pure gso, so a three ml shot.

I hit lower right glute not vent and so far so good no pip, no burn right after pulling the needle. So far much fucking better! I’ll know more tomorrow. I pinned my left delt with all the other gear and pip was bad at first but was almost gone by the time I hit the gym. It would be really nice to only have to pin the DHB twice a week instead of three.

Today was an off day from my program so it’s usually used as an auxiliary day. Started with 20 min on seated row machine. Then for some reason decided to do weighted Dips and Pull ups even though there part of tomorrow’s program. I know it’s only day 8 but I was blowing out sets of both. I swear the Tren was kicking in today and @ 200mg a week no less. This amount of volume isn’t normal for me with these two.

Weighted dips +25lbs
5 X 25

Weighted pull ups +25lbs
5 x 10

Un Weighted Dips
3 X 40

Also did some upright leg lifts and cable crunches, seated cable rows, seated calf raises. I probably should have just done more cardio. I hope it doesn’t effect tomorrow’s upper body power day. I’ll let you know.

Thanks a lot man. I should have done separate shots of DHB with only gso from the start. Now I’m damaged goods already. Hopefully everything is better by this weekend. Gimping like it’s my first cycle.
Yesterday’s shot was the only one of the four so far that hasn’t ruined me. Saturday’s shot was slightly painful yesterday today it’s a 8 Outa 10 on pain level. I couldn’t even put my socks on this morning and I drive a lifted truck which hasn’t been fun getting in and out of.

Today was back and shoulder hypertrophy day and it was the first day I haven’t been gimping around with horrible pip!! I finally figured out the best way to inject the DHB.
What a fucking relief though I will procede with extreme caution one bad shot and could be right back to square one.

I have not really pushed myself to much yet as I’m waiting for everything to kick in still.
This is going to be a long cycle so best not too push it to hard and get hurt in week two. The Tren is definitely kicking in. I’ve been feeling a slight thermogenic effect this week and sleep is already shit! I only Slept 3 hours last night. Also I upped the Tren dose to 240mg week everything else is still the same.

Appetite is very strong and have been hitting my cals and macros easily. I am actually eating closer to 3600 cals, 500cals more then I planned. I’m just taking advantage of the initial appetite increase. Hopefully I can have some more discipline in the coming weeks.

Agree with you on Anthony Bourdain I know his candid stories on overcoming addiction helped me kick alcohol. He was hope for fuckups everywhere and he’ll definitely be missed.

I honestly never pictured it ending like this for him. Depression is so fucking scary!!
I feel really bad for his wife and daughter.
 
Day 14

Today I did hypertrophy chest and arms day.
Which for me consists of 4-5 sets X 12-15 reps. Slightly more volume then In the PHAT program. I’m still waiting patiently on strength gains so for now I’m concentrating more on form, volume and my diet.

One thing that I’m starting to notice is I’m seeing a lot of veins across my chest and delts also running down my stomach and obliques. There really popping in my lower abdomen. Which is weird because I feel kinda thick in that area. I think it’s the hgh more then anything but the Tren is also starting to shine as well. I think by week 4 shits gonna get real. The DHB, Tren, Mast E, and NPP will all be in full swing!!

As for sides with the Tren I’ve already have bad insomnia, slight short fuse, and shortness of breath.

I thought I had the pip from the DHB under control but it’s the creeper though. The pip forms two days later. It’s still fucking me up but the pain isn’t as intense.

Im still kinda torn about where to keeps my calories and carbs at?

As your gear isn’t fully engaged yet, watch closely how you look and feel and adjust weekly. Nothing too crazy yet, but since you are already seeing an increase in vascularity, upping your carbs a bit would align with your goal to lean bulk.

I know man I’m excited to see how this all plays out. Like I said I am torn between what direction to take this. The reason why I said lean bulk is because I feel bad saying reocomp. Lmao, but in reality I am leaning more in that direction. I can always bulk again through the fall and winter.

I kinda want to see how lean and vascular I can get while adding size and strength.
Imo opinion this stack screams recomp/ lean gains and with hard work, a consistent diet I think these goals are pretty obtainable.
