Day 16
Monday is normally an off day on my program but I’m still just using it as auxiliary day. So I did a light leg day, cardio and a little ab/core work. Still dealing with bad pip! I’m sure anyone following is tired of hearing about it but it’s fucking real, and I’m trying to make the best of it. I often wonder why I’m doing this to myself?

Today was upper body/power day

I know it ain’t nothing to right home about but I am really hoping to improve these number in the next 12 weeks.

Besides the PIP I feel great mentally and physically. My appetite is crazy and I think about what I’m going to eat next while I’m eating. These are my current dosages.

Well I’m impressed with your numbers, your numbers indicate to me not only strength but you’re very fit dude. 42 dips after heavy bench, love your rep ranges on db presses.

Thanks man I appreciate the support as always. This is my first log and I’m kinda winging it so far. These weight and rep ranges are what I feel comfortable with without compromising form and without coming close to failure. On the dumbell presses I’m really co concentrating on contractions while keeping my thumbs up and In. It really makes a difference pumping up the chest and it’s actually a strategy adding to my arsenal. Any other tips or pointers are more then welcome.

Do you ever do any chest activations before starting the actual chest routine? That helped me tremendously gain a much better mind to muscle connection when training chest. Simply just by sitting on a bench or whatever and one arm at a time doing a flye motion keeping chest out and emphasizing internal rotation when bringing hand forward and chest into contracting position and just a 4-6 second squeeze. Switch arms and repeat do a few rounds before starting. Sometime when going up in weight on pressing I throw it in between sets as well Bc I feel like I lose that connection as fatigue sets in and weight increases.

No but man I’ve never done this. But it makes sense! I am going to try it out next chest day. It’s small little tweaks that I want to learn about because they can make a huge difference in getting the most out of your set.

So that’s sums up the last two days. As I mentioned earlier feeling fatigued and lethargic. I also might be pushing myself by working out six days a week. My work schedule is already fucked and I’m only getting 4-5 hours sleep a night.

The Tren is definitely messing with my sleep and the DHB and hgh could also be adding to that as well. The shortness of breath is also kinda annoying and I didn’t expect it to be this bad at such a low dose of Tren and only three weeks into my blast. The pip from the DHB is definitely still there but seems to be becoming more manageable.

So far high reps are becoming much easier to recover from but still not seeing a lot as far a Strength goes. I guess it’s still way to early to be complaining. Oh and my appetite is not quite as strong as it was the first two weeks. I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but I’m still easily able to hit my macros. Just not having intense cravings! I’ll try to update a few new pics sometime this week.

Today was lower body power day. Which is still pretty difficult because of the pip from the DHB. I am only using glute shots for the DHB so there hasn’t been any time to fully heal. I’m not going to lie it’s effecting everyday life. Oh, well I’m still going grind it out for as long as I can.

My legs were pretty wobbly walking out of the gym. I am so glad tomorrow is an off day! I will say this stack has already made me really really vascular. Especially in the middle of the night , I’ve got some serious veins popping on my shoulder, abs, obliques and quads. Also have a lot of new veins running thru my arms.

Strength still isn’t that great yet, so I decided to raise the Tren and DHB dosages. Mentally I feel pretty good. Not to much anxiety and rage from the Tren yet. Though I am taking a really hard hit as far as sleep is concerned. I am only getting 3-5 hours of sleep. :( To make it worse ( I know I sound like a broken record) the pip is really tender on my glutes and hips and the more I toss and turn the more it hurts., it Feels like bad bruises! I also think the DHB is adding to the insomnia as well. No bad sweating yet but I’ve been getting really warm after eating carbs.
That’s all I got for now.

Wait till you get around to a widow maker set of squats 270x20 ;)
Brother I have pip so bad today I can barely walk. I’m not sure if it’s the volume of the DHB injection, but the oils seems to spread outside of the muscle and onto my hip and back bone. It’s so painful!! I would love to attempt the widow maker, but I can hardly even put my sucks on today. :(

I was just pulling your chain bro. At what point would you stop the cycle or compound due to the extreme pain?

It feels like if you blasted 2ml of Test prop brewed @ 150 mg/ml right into your hip bone, no bueno man!! So there is only one thing I haven’t tried yet. Right now I’m pinning 3.5 ml split Mon, Wed, Sat. My last ditch effort will be to pin .5 ml Ed cut with gso. I’ve tried 1ml cut with other gear. I’ve tried 1ml cut with only gso still bad and 1.5 ml cut with only gso still really bad. Hopefully .5 ml ed is the answer.

I didn’t donate during my last blast and ran mast and NPP at close to 1 G each a week it is was a short blast but still a lot of gear.

Anyway figured My HCT might be high already running the Kitchen sink but my HCT was 42. Not to bad, also my BP was 120 over 75 and pulse was 78. The home BP machine I have is garbage and has been giving me crazy high numbers.

I’m still a firm believer that elevated HCT has more to do with diet and genetics then what gear you run and at what dosage.
I’m out...

I couldn’t agree more with you, especially diet. During my blasts last year and not eating as clean, my hematocrit got to 49 and bp was 155/90. I donated a few weeks ago immediately after running high tren for 8 weeks, my hematocrit was 43 and bp 133/76. I ate clean as fuck all throughout.
