If you arent afraid to work your ass off and follow them, you'll have great results. They arent easy. His nickname, The Professor of Pain, is well deserved.Hello, In another thread a member recommended the John Meadows programs and I’d like to know your opinion about them
Nice to see you around. Hope you are well.If you arent afraid to work your ass off and follow them, you'll have great results. They arent easy. His nickname, The Professor of Pain, is well deserved.
They are very well laid out also. Most 12 week programs are close to 200 pages long. Worth the full asking price as far as I'm concerned.
Doing great. Going to start Meadows' Creeping Death next week. Looks like itll be a fun 12 weeks.Nice to see you around. Hope you are well.

The first 6 weeks it hits chest/back/shoulders twice a week. Once early in the week heavy and separately and second workout later in the week is a pump workout for chest/back/shoulders together. Into second half now where legs are now being trained twice per week. Great program IMO.Anyone trying the new Gamma Bomb ?
If yes, did you like the attention for chest of the workout ? (I'm lagging in the chest area)
Have you ran other MD programs? I just ask to see how you'd compare it to his original ones or his 2.0 high frequency ones? The first 6 weeks it hits chest/back/shoulders twice a week. Not as high frequent as most but workouts are still high volume and build up in volume over the weeks. Trains 5 days per week compared to some programs which can be up to 7.Have you ran other MD programs? I just ask to see how you'd compare it to his original ones or his 2.0 high frequency ones?
What you after? I've got a lot. Pm mei Have Gamma Bomb anyone in for trades?
