Hey fellas. So I had all of meadows programs saved on my cell phone and lost it. Got a new phone and the data wasn’t backed up so I lost everything. I’m looking to get them all back I have some books on the new phone if anyone wants to make a trade or work out something so I can get all of meadows programs again and also Jeff Nippards books as well. No I dont, but I believe I have opened programs on drop box. Or if the files not too big in could DM you my proton email a d try that way?

It's ok, I started it and actually dropped it a few weeks in. Let me think about why and I will look back on my notes and reply. Just starting week 12 of Creeping death and liked it much better. Gamma Bomb and Collosus look better to me as well.

I appreciate it. I'm going to pull the trigger on one shortly and I liked the idea of a pl/bb hybrid program, I've just been unable to find much info on that one.

Recently started watching some JM youtube videos and let me tell you, I'm starting to understand the hype. He's very knowledge and doesn't mind sharing it. One video that had to do with triceps changed the way I work them and has saved my elbows.

I recently reached out to a member here and donated to AL hoping to get a few programs to try but that fell through. Would someone please mind hooking me up? I can make another donation if required.
