MESO-Rx Exclusive Muscle dysmorphia from medical vs bodybuilder perspective - do you have it?

It looks good! Yes, most therapists say bodybuilders are crazy, but they say it in jargon which I expect is supposed to be seen as benign. I did read a paper, a year or more back, expecting to get a big laugh. It was rather balanced, but still implied BBs needed “fixing.”
I do agree that it can help. I have seen people say weight training has allowed them to make themselves into something they like, and could not be. Indeed, I just now remembered, my plan is to “make myself into someone I can admire.” My intelligence is 99.95 percentile, but I do not see that as special, as I have lived with it all my life. I do admire other peoples’ intelligence, though. Interesting.
