So anybody heard from Duck or Big? I see Duck hasn't posted in over a week and Big hasn't posted since Tuesday.
Have they both bowed out, without announcing that they were doing so? Or did I just miss them saying that they were done with it? Admittedly, I have not been keeping up with this thread since it became clear that the ship had taken on so much water that ever making it back to shore was not an option. I mean, I have read a little here and a little there, but after what happened to our guy OGH I was pretty much SO PISSED at these guys that it became difficult to watch this thread.
I know this is easy for me to say, but if you are one of the fellas who are owed gear, and you can afford to walk away, do it. You don't want to put this guys gear in your rear. Not worth the risk to reward. Ricky's word is no good here anymore.
This is why so many of us know-it-all members always advise not to spend any amount of $$$ on gear that you can't afford to give to charity.
I feel bad for my fellow members that have been burned by MFL, I do. But I feel worse for those of you who are now in a position to where you are going to run this replacement gear, anyways. But hey, he claims to be "doing it the right way this time".... I am just trying to tell if this is a new statement he is making, or rather the echo still bouncing around from the last time he said the same thing.
