Mint’s investigation found that regulators acted in a haphazard manner, declaring the batches to be of standard quality without testing them fully, and without seeking an explanation from the company.
Only the Bihar regulator identified the cause of the mysterious illness. Their testing found Cadila’s batch V100167 to contain bacterial endotoxins—compounds present in the protective envelopes of bacteria, which cause fever, chills and life-threatening septic shock in humans. Regulators in the remaining four of the five affected states never tested the medicines for endotoxins, although low endotoxin levels are a key quality requirement for drugs that are injected into humans.

I mean you just came full circle to the whole point of why more SURVEILLANCE testing would be in the interest of harm reduction.
In addition, endotoxin exposure is the silent inflammatory byproduct of us injecting shit for years. It would be swell to have some idea of how prevalent that exposure is ...but even more importantly, provide a source with even more incentive to NOT contaminate their shit/follow best manufacturing practices.

We have started doing our own tests in October, and first of all we started with sending Hilma samples to Analiza Bialek. As you may know not all results were up to par, which prompted us to start taking our own testing more seriously.
Currently, a batch of 10 products of our future EPF lineup is on the way to get tested in the same way. We hope those tests will come back at approximately the same time we start really selling them.
We're planning on doing 10-15 tests of produce monthly, or, if every batch we have is tested - as soon as we get new batches restocked.
As for further testing of other produce, like Pharmaqo, as it has been on the market for years, and people routinely tested the batches we sell (we haven't restocked on PQ since May) I do not believe it is as necessary as testing newer products on the market like EPF and potentially BD.
Currently we're offering 200$ credit for testing

when I traveled around Europe I learned about the EPF brand. I also saw their brand in Moldovan pharmacies. this is my experience. but the forum rule fortunately or unfortunately states that it is ideal if the manufacturer tries to test its products
