IMG_20200406_204626886.jpg well my move is complete and I have finally begun to set up my new basement gym for the remainder of this lockdown. Picked up a couple new items and am enjoying more space. Dimly-lit and grimy. Just how I like it. Lol

Hahaha thx buddy. I put together that ironmind sandbag today. Worth every penny. Picked up 300lbs of play sand. Made each inner liner bag with 150. I did the sandbag version of barbell bent over rows,I don't know if I've ever felt it so much in my back with 150lbs. More than any barbell for me. Weird but awesome. Going to make smaller bags of 25lbs for different exercises and smaller weight jumps.

Hey brother good to see you're still kicking! Looks like you'll be just fine for this mess! You got plenty of time to work on your left hook on that bag too!

Also I would like to add that TRX handstands and handstand push-ups are probably one of the more beastly moves u can inform imo. Haven't had a delt pumpb like this in a while

Copy. If you're in the market I can't recommend Captains of Crush grippers highly enough. I have #1 - #3. Can't close #3 yet
