Hi guys it's been a while since i posted something
I had some personal problems and was sick a lot.Also i wanted to make an apology to you all,first I'm 18,and my lifts are not that big as I wrote down,I'm really sorry I lied about this I was afraid that you would mock me and so
My goals stay the same,i want to compete in powerlifting and become as strong as I can
I spend a lot of time on IronAddict.com and really learnd a lot from there,all beginner questions are answered there
I really like comunity on this forum and really want to become a part of it.
Routine i will be doing is something I never did before
Ex powerlifter now a coach wrote it and a large number of lifter made huge strength gains form it so I will try it and stick to it
Mon
Squats 2x5
Box/paused squats or any other variation 2x5
Calves 2x10

Wed
Flat bench 2x6
Decline or Incline 2x6
Dips 2x10
Upright rows or side laterals 1x10

Fri
Deadlifts 2x5
Gm,reverse hyper or GHR 1x10-15
Bent rows 2x4-8
Chin ups 2x6
Curl variation 2x8
Starting this tomorrow
 
I thougth to post results today with bench day
Squats:I worked to 135 and did 2x5 with it
Paused squats with 100 lbs
Calves i really dont remeber
 
When I do squats I kinda lean forward could it be from poor flexibility and how can I fix this
Any advice would help
