I'm not trying to prove anything here. During 2014 we shipped approximately 500k packages. Some have been slower then others. We operate from over a dozen of warehouses. Some warehouses have experienced delays. But some warehouses deliver by EMS, this is 7 days instead of 21 days we are asking for. Nobody ever mentioned this. The average TA for 70% packages is 12-14 days. Unfortunately you will not hear often from the people who got their orders in time.

Here is a question naps, do you prioritize customers who have waited or not properly been taken care of? do you care about customer satisfaction, or honesty? because you should check up on my thread, There is absolutely no excuse for whats going on with my order, if you truly do care, then you need to find other people competent enough to care the same amount, because i feel I've been getting jerked around.
-30 day wait, didn't receive full product
-contacted about error, 5 day wait
-created new order to reship and resend the item that was missing, 4 day processing
-new order that apparently has then been set to shipped, and given a tracking number turns out to be a FAULTY tracking number (usps themselves have no record of that number)
-Waits another 2 or 3 days to get in touch with support, they create ANOTHER ORDER without being able to explain what happened with the last package?? my guess you guys never sent it?
-waits another 4 days AND COUNTING on a replacement package for the original replacement for the original error, new item STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER.
How do you justify this ? "OHH TYPICAL SHIPPING ISSUES YADAYDA" "WEATHER"
and the worst part is i went WEEKS without posting anything bad about you guys just to give you the opportunity to correct a FAILED correction lmao.
so i guess im asking how you can justify, sending package without full delivery, claiming to reship package "with false tracking info" and making me wait more than avg time just to be processed, AND THEN make a new order to cover up the last correction..anyways just my 2 cents, at this point i dont have the FULL product i ordered, so i am SCAMMED until i receive the FULL PRODUCT, but you guys haven't even shipped it yet, almost a month later...
