Well my transaction with naps is going terribly!!! They have collected the fund over a week ago and still have not shipped! They said that Moldova postahe was backed up which is false. I did my research and found there are no delays. The first time i placed an order with naps I was given the same bs excuse. It is safe to say me and my friends will never order from naps ever again. You would think they would treat me better considering how big my orders are.

If you read it says payment will be processed for 2 - 5 business days and then shipped within 2-5 business days. I feel bad for you guys that are having trouble. I legit have 6 orders land. Some took slightly longer then others but I always got what I ordered
It says 3 to 4 days on the website. My problem is they give me the same bs excuse to delay the orders every time I order. They gave me a tracking number 3 days ago that does not work . Their excuse is that the post office in moldova is experiencing delays. But in fact they are not experiencing any delays. They think some of us are too stupid to realize that we are being dicked around. When they keep telling me my package will be updated tomorrow I get frustrated. If I am lucky I might recieve the package, but was it worth it after all this waiting. I am waiting so long that I have already ordered from other sources and received what I ordered.

You did your research? I think you don't understand what kind of back up situation we are talking about. You can't just walk in to Moldova post office with 1k AAS packages and tell them you need your AAS shipped immediately. I'm not sure if anyone is following what I'm trying to say but please no panic. This past week was the only week the shipping has been delayed. Everything is manageable.
There have been issues with Feb orders because of the bad weather on the east coast but I see all the packages are arriving now after being stuck in transit zones.
Sorry man, that bullshit excuse doesn't hold water. I have heard about naps and slow shipping for at least a year. This isn't a one week event, but rather normal operating procedure it sounds like. I don't know about anyone else, but i personally can't be camping out around my house for a month waiting on a package.
I'm not trying to prove anything here. During 2014 we shipped approximately 500k packages. Some have been slower then others. We operate from over a dozen of warehouses. Some warehouses have experienced delays. But some warehouses deliver by EMS, this is 7 days instead of 21 days we are asking for. Nobody ever mentioned this. The average TA for 70% packages is 12-14 days. Unfortunately you will not hear often from the people who got their orders in time.

Naps how about grow a set of balls and accept responsibility and apologize for your shitty service and throw in some extras for the inconvenience, instead of coming up with every known excuse in your play book....for Christ sakes man it's sad!!
