It's happening to me ive ordered some alpha from naps on oct the 23rf and was shipped the 27th of october but the package hasn't arrived and its being like 4 wks already,haven't received a customs letter eather. So i contacted naos and they told me to give them a new address so they can reship

Another thing....volume through customs is at its highest this time of year heading to a peak before christmas.
I had a pack sit unscanned in new york customs for at least 2 weeks cuz it had left china 7 days before that.
It NEVER did get scanned through customs suddenly it showed leaving the NY postal hub and it tracked normally from there.

Im having the same problem. pack was accepted through sort facility on november 12 and still says origin post is preparing shipment. they say theyll reship but the rep on this board isnt replying anymore of course. no seizure letter

Naps has always been good to me. Usually 3 weeks. 1 week process and 2 weeks before arrival. The online chat is a hit or miss. Slow response time. However I always get my package. I'm sure they get high volume of messages so it's understandable.

My tracking worked immediately about a month or so ago and within a day from shipping was at NY sorting and customs made it through and to me in 8 days total. I personally have never had an issue with naps stuff....well except gp clen that shit makes me sick even at half a pill 20mcg. But as always I expect their shit to be hit or miss.
