Will keep a log on here on using dnp without any kind of steroids

After pct i obviously put on fst, due to me being a sugarhead and craving unhealthy foods alot.. I had some spare dnp from previous runs and figured i try it and see what it does to "naturals" in terms of fat/muscle loss.

Started 400mg yesterday and did 400mg today.
Going to go down to 200 a day to keep sides low.

Planning a 2 week run, maybe 3 weeks max, depending how much my strength drops
 
Ran dnp before ever starting gear. Ran crystal only side effect i had was the cravings and sweating constantly. Still gained strength in the gym and didnt feel all that bad. Ran 200 mg a day and 3rd week uped it to 400, (last week of the run) had great results
 
So uhm, 1 and a half weeks in, kept the dose at 400mg a day for first week, went down to 200 mg but did 400 again yesterday, and will keep it at that.

Weightwise:
Started at 98kg - 216 lbs
Weight yesterday was at 91kg - 200lbs

Strengthwise im way down obviously, but i didnt expect anything else.

Will see this week if strength got lower again or if it stays where it was last week.

If it stays, then im certain that no real muscle loss occured yet.

Im seeing good progress on my belly, and i guess i would look even better now coming off and getting rid of the subq water.

Diet is very low caloric, almost no carbs, i go through a breakup right now so its not hard for me to only eat the necessary food like proteins mainly.

Why you didn't start with a low dosage like 200 mg?
Low dose DNP works, even if you don't feel overly overheated (which is a good thing on its own).

I do know it works but well, obviously higher doses work faster.

I was also torn between doing the high dose/quick run, and a low dose longer run..

I know how much i tolerate obviously due to previous usage, so i went with the higher dosed approach to get it over with

Can u give a breakdown of your previous run ...

How many weeks , dosage , lbs lost etc , what should diet be like , how much cardio , etc ... please and thanks

On previous runs i did 400-600mg.

Cardio was done by riding bike to work and to gym.
Diet is with carbs, and other clean foods, i try not to cheat too much.

On this run, i weighed in at 89.6kg today, which is 196lbs.

I upped it to 600mg the past 4 or 5 days, but will go back down to 200mg a day until sunday, which is exctly 3 weeks then since i started.

Today i benchpressed 220lbs for 5, before dnp it was at 12 reps, so i guess ill be back at the same strength once its out of my system completely. So i do think muscle loss was at a minimum, considering the fact the first few days i ate extremely low calories per day.

No other stuff was used

So you’ve lost 20lbs in three weeks ?
 
I responded strongly to DNP. After few weeks of 100mg a day my body temperature was around 104°F. After I came off, my body temperature has so far been permanently lowered. Nice for the winter, because I don't feel cold, but in the summer I really suffer. Funny thing is I was the opposite since I was born, even in the summer would need to wear socks to keep my feet from feeling cold

I'm the opposite. My temp barely went up even at high doses. I could go bike riding mid day in 94f FL. I'm always hot, everybody(family) usually grabs on me to keep warm. Weird how things affect people differently.

Well in a week or 2 im gonna see how much i will be back up after the dnp flushed out and then i see how much weight i really lost.

I look very flat, arms lost big size (like almost an inch) and im wondering if its burnt tissue or just that much of glycogen depletion.

I’ve read that u will weigh even less cause your actually holding water and will lose that once off Dnp ...

Soo 200 to 400 mgs for 3weeks is what u ran ? Did u split doses ?

Take Any certain supplements for side affects ?
 
Yes i split doses, morning and at night, although if i take it all at night, i dont sweat as much when im work at next day so i stuck with dose at night.

Didnt take any supplements, just regular food.
No overly heavy training, around 10 sets per session for 3 days per week
