Need help for first oral cycle

image.png I've been looking into Winny, Dbol, Tbol, Anavar ect.
I'm deploying overseas and can't get needled shipped out to me or that's the first thing that I would do! I'm just not able to! I find something I like and do research but end up at a dead end it seems.

I am 73in (6"1')
180lbs (skinny)
22 years old

I want to put on lean muscle and have something that will help me retain a good majority of it. (I understand stickys are better with this)
I don't want to "bulk" with something that has a plethora of water retention and then lost it all. Plus I want to look lean and cut. I'm just so damn skinny that bulking is a must. But if there is a cycle that could help me look lean, I'd take it!
I want something that also won't completely shut me down, also.
I will get a PCT, Fish Oils, Anti Estogen, MP Protien, C4 and possibly do a cycle of Anabeta Elite and Erase pro stack after/before this cycle.

And help is helpful and I'll take it, douchebaggary and all. Advice is advice.
Thanks everyone.

Will take a body picture of me so you can see what a 0 on a | with two arms and legs looks like. (A twig)

Short answer... Don't do it.

Long answer:
1. Too young.
2. Not enough prior training.
3. Oral only cycle.
4. ORAL ONLY cycle.
5 ORAL ONLY CYCLE.

Don't do it.

If you do do it, Enjoy gaining a few pounds of water weight while putting yourself at risk for permanent damage.

I'm thinking at 22 that if you got your diet dialed in, you could add some good mass if you're moving some heavy steel. Check out a TDEE calculator. It will help you with your macros.

Your best cycle options for your goals are a few weeks of studying nutrition followed by 12 weeks minimum of implementing it.
Best of all, this has a zero percent chance of shutting you down.

Also, start going to the gym.

You're obviously a POG. If you were infantry, your legs would be bigger, and you would be a good enough friend with your 68W to get you needles overseas.

My recommendations are:
1.) Actually start lifting weights
2.) Reclass to infantry ( I hear they are accepting females now anyways)

Do you really think he's going to have his diet dialed in while deployed? Are you seriously telling him he's going to add some good mass on an oral only cycle? Do you really think those "gains" are going to be worth the risk to his health or his career? Bruh... Da fuck.

Ever been deployed? It's really easy to eat. Especially if he wants to get lean, because when you're on patrol (which I doubt the OP will experience) no one wants the tuna MRE. I always got it, and I was always shredded as fuck.

Plus pre TBI I would get like 10 hours of sleep a day (we went out at night).
All my friends got huge on deployment. And we went out on target a lot.

My bad the way you wrote it sounded like he could get good gains on an oral only cycle if he just worked out heavier.

Having worked on Army and AirForce bases in Europe, I've seen plenty of guys I lift with come back from deployments totally jacked.

NO sir, I just heard otherwise from all of my friends who were. Guess I'm wrong on that one.

Man now you got me missing deployment.

The DFAC (dining facility) is open 24 hours because they have people coming in and off the FOB (base) so there's always food available. And you get to choose what you want to eat... it's definitely not all tasty, but it's there and available.

I ate a lot of pop tarts though.... but I was also 19 so I had a speedy metabolism.

Shit, they actually didn't have tuna for a while and now that we have it, everyone wants that shit. It's gold! I'll do a decent amount of patrolling. Not like back in 2004 - 2008. But more than any other BN's

Remember your 8 principles and you'll be good.

Most important rule of patrolling is COMMON SENSE.

I hear they have all sorts of fucked up Mr. E's now....
Just stay away from the spicy chicken fajita. 30 mile rucks and flaming hot shits don't mix well
