I've been here a year, not 8 months.
Not hugely significant, but it's representative of the way each one of you in this tiny clique, and that's what it is, single digits, spouts a slur, lie or exaggeration, and the rest repeat it.
Geniuses picked up on an insult one of you made 4 months ago about my 8 month post history, and just repeated it without adding 4 months, lol. It's no surprise this braintrust can't point to a dime's worth of "harm reduction" between you.
You can trace most of these tired insults to the "GLP wars" a year ago. I'm still here.
"Cancerous Tumor" while the 4 month clout seeking member was busy giving a speech about @Millard 's poor judgement and what a trash forum Meso is for allowing me to exist was a sign of creativity from an otherwise dull rerun that flares up every few months.
There's always some new guy that hangs onto the coattails of a few of my well established haters, who always goes too far in his enthusiasm to gain approval from you guys by mimicking your attacks on me. Have you noticed that?
Intellectual integrity would hamper the ability of this tiny, vocal group from engaging in what is really just a campaign of personal abuse from internet "tough guys".
You have an ignore button, use it if you believe what you say, it will "erase me" from your Meso experience. but you'll never have the power to dictate what others get to read here.

I'm not gonna lie, I pay very little attention, if any, to the whole status thing on here. I can honestly say I don't even notice the color of people's letters. If we are all getting hung up on this shit then we have lost the plot. I come here to learn and share my own experiences on occasion. I definitely don't put stock into how ppl are identified or labeled on here. That just seems like childish shit to me. I put stock into the substance of what they have to share.

The crazy thing is if you look at Reddit even subreddits with hundreds of thousands of subscribers often have the same 100-200 (or even less) people commenting on almost every post.
I think that in any forum the number of active users is always fixed, maybe 100-200 is the magic number. Beyond that point people stop trying to join in and become posters.
It's like when you were a kid, when the teacher was giving a lesson, there would always be about 5 regular participants in a class of 30 raising their hands to ask questions and discuss.
Then when you go to uni you end up in a class with 200 people in an auditorium and still there's somehow only about 5 people actually engaging with the lecturer. Everyone else is just brainlessly writing notes or doesn't care.

I think it's robotic, and not like modern AI. More posts = more status. There might be some tricks like posting in threads where you'll get more "likes."
