Good call. I was simply taking into consideration his training schedule of 4-6 hours five times a week.Don't overdo it on the food unless you wanna put on some fat. I followed this advice and put on more fat than I hoped my first cycle. A big part of it was not knowing how much weight I should be gaining each week to minimize fat gain. I usually shoot for half a pound per week NATTY, and I had weeks on cycle where I gained upwards of 3 pounds. Apparently that was a little too much. I guess it just depends on what your goals are.
