New to everything!

Don't overdo it on the food unless you wanna put on some fat. I followed this advice and put on more fat than I hoped my first cycle. A big part of it was not knowing how much weight I should be gaining each week to minimize fat gain. I usually shoot for half a pound per week NATTY, and I had weeks on cycle where I gained upwards of 3 pounds. Apparently that was a little too much. I guess it just depends on what your goals are.
Good call. I was simply taking into consideration his training schedule of 4-6 hours five times a week.
 
My stats were quite a bit off, I havent tested in about 6 weeks. I'm now sitting at 176, 12%, and I'm actually 5'5", (According to my new measuring tape). But anyway, I've always dieted well, Take in about 280-300gs protein, 420-450 carbs a day, 110-130gs fat.
