3 plates-8 drop to 2 drop to 1
Barbell curls with a hold 90 3x8
Hammer curls 5 sets
 
Hahaha It went well pinned right quad no issues

Damn I remember my first cycle every time I pinned I would stick myself at lest 3x before I actually said fuck it and rammed that fucker in there. I did that almost the whole cycle. I had to make myself count in my head to get through it. Plus you went in quads. Holy crap I still have yet to pin them.

ALL i do now is quads. I fucked up delts and quit on em. Plus it motivates me to do legs more to get more area to pin.
 
Did chest yesterdY was a terrible workout won't even post it most likely going to do it tomorrow again lol. Did back today was a decent workout no real good numbers just did about 40 sets of higher reps and volume. Was still difficult

315-12 was going to go for a set of 20 but shit got hard on cardio lol..
One leg squats/hamstring curls 5 sets
Hack squat
3 plates ea side 3x15-20. Done
