Newbie first cycle

Hey guys I want to see what you think of this newbie cycle. Any advice and suggestions would be fantastic.

10 week cycle

Week 1 - 10

- 500mg test E. (250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday )
- 400mg primo (200mg Monday and 200mg Thursday)
-HGH everyday 3.5iu (12 months)
-Arimidex 1mg EOD

HCG 3000iu (1 week after last Test E injection)
- 5 days later 3000iu
-5 days later 1500iu
-final 5 days 1500iu

PCT (2 weeks after last test E injection)
Week 1 - 2
40mg nolvadex (ED)
Week 3 - 4
20mg nolvadex (ED)


Some guys run both clomid and nolvadex. If this is better what is the correct dose for both?

Blood work done before, pre, and post.

What is the type of blood work recommend?
 
Training for 6 years had injury and took 1.5 years off. Got back to training 1 year straight now. Training days are as followed. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Clean diet monday-saturday. Sunday 50% clean and 50% dirty haha

Roughly daily diet
3000 calories
150g protein

Hard gainer. If I don't eat I drop weight. If I skip gym for 2 weeks I drop weight.

Age 33
5'6"
Body fat 14%
146 lbs

Goals: gain 15-20lbs more lean muscle. Drop body fat down to 10%
 
You dont need aas yet. Hit 200lbs lean and hit your genetic potential. If I can hit 5foot7 205lbs lean with low t, you can too. If you have legit low t jump on trt and maximize gains from that jumping point. At this point aas aren't worth it in my opinion.

Now if you're dead set do 500mg test e, adex based on bloods to keep your e2 btw 20-30 ng and hcg 500iu/week to keep testicles active.

Pct after. You need to research this more.

Hit 200 lbs lean? I can't even gain 10 lbs lol. It's very very hard for me to gain. I'm a hard gainer. I've been trying beleive me. I even up my macros.

So take blood test during cycle and adjust adex base on how high the estrogen level is? What is consider high? I know as test increase so does estrogen and you need estrogen for gains and immune system function.

Why do I need to take HCG while on cycle? That would be confusing for your body. Test turns your system off and you're telling HCG to turn it on. So your telling it to turn off, on, off, on, and so on. That IMO isn't a good idea. I rather turn it on after cycle then confuse my body.

For PCT. Ive done countless research. So much that my eyes are going to pop out of my socket. I came up with this PCT because my cycle isn't a long hard cycle. If you look at Primo, it doesn't give you any estrogen side effects. The only concern would be Test E which if you break it down is only 500mg a week.

What PCT would you recommend and why?
 
If you decide to do this cycle , do test only , drop the primo .

Why only test? Why not with primo?

I chose to stack with primo because of the slow lean muscle gains you receive while on it. The gains you keep while on primo are real muscle gains. Also I chose primo because primo and test goes very will together. Primo magnifies Test! So 500mg a week of test would feel like 750mg if stacked with primo. They benefit each other.
 
If this isn't your first cycle it looks good. At 146 lbs, I can almost guarantee your diet is the problem. Eat at least 150 grams of high quality protein ed, and dial in your calories so you can make progress without putting on too much body fat.

My diet is super clean. All I eat is salmon, chicken breast, tilapia, little bit of rice, red potatoes, red meat, almonds, broccoli, spinach, peanut butter, eggs (white and yoke) oatmeal, berries, black coffee, and plenty of water. Oh and 1 double double at In n Out lol

That's my diet. Of course I don't eat all of that in one day. Just showing you what's in my diet. I switch up my diet weekly so I don't get bored but those are the types of food I eat.

These are the only variables: training, eating, resting and juicing. There is a problem with one of these factors. Get these right and there are no hard gainers.

I got it all down. I believe the problem is sleeping. I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 6am. However most of the time I get to bed I can not sleep! I'll just lay there with my eyes closed but am still awake for 2hrs! This is why I'm starting HGH also. HGH will help me sleep better and quicker recovery.
 
You arent a hardgainer. You do not eat enough. Quit fooling yourself

I don't know how much more I can't eat.

I eat minimum 3000 calories sometimes to about 3800 calories

I eat every 2 to 3hrs. I'm not even hungry but I force myself to eat.

I still can't gain. However losing weight is so fucking easy. I skip a few meals or skip gym for 2 weeks or stay up late at night and I drop 5 or even 10 lbs.

If I do not eat enough, can you suggest a diet plan?

What should I be eating?
