I went to Ben because I knew he'd know what to do. He was compelled to get the info out there to help anyone (which, by the way I WAS NOT interested in, as I worried it put myself and other NP customers at bigger risk by taking it public). Now it seems people don't understand that and don't see the severity or the importance of it. Fuck that. That'll teach me to try and help people.. Some members certainly did see the importance and we may never know if this actually saved anyone's ass or not.

Wunderpus - the point of going public with something like this is to give people a heads up, a warning, the chance to take precautions "just in case". I don't know that, publically, we were ever gonna really know if it saved anyone's ass or not. Most guys, if it did save their ass and they knew it did, would keep quiet, thank God they avoided trouble, and disappear. I don't know that anyone would ever come around talking about how the DEA just missed finding their stash by 24 hours bc they cleaned house after the warning was put out there.

Maybe I am missing something, but how we're we ever gonna get confirmation that it saved anyone's ass? And I ask this sincerely, I am not being sarcastic or anything.

Yeah I agree no one is going to come out and say they just avoided the feds. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have done what you did. It was good you brought this out to the public! Wouldn't you want someone to give you the heads up? Just because no one said thanks doesn't mean they aren't grateful!

Hell it didn't affect me at all but I'm still thankful you two did what you did because 1) I hate to see people get in trouble if it can be avoided, and 2) its shows there are in fact guys here that have the community's best interest in mind/at heart.

I think theres more to come. Ive never brewed or distributed so didnt think I had much to worry about, but Im starting to change my mind. I just dont want any of us to get caught with out pants down when all the signs are there. It takes one person slipping to open the doors and point fingers to get out of trouble. But like I said, to each his own. I know Ill have a clean house and thats what matters at the end of the day.
